The research conducted by the author of the article is aimed at identifying key approaches to the formation of modern corporate resources at industrial enterprises in order to ensure the functioning of critical infrastructure in a mobilization economy. Materials and methods. The methodological basis of the research being carried out was made up of private scientific and general scientific methods, techniques, technologies and approaches, among which it is necessary to distinguish systemic and structural-functional approaches to determine the structure of critical infrastructure and the interaction of structural elements, situational approach to identify spatio-temporal factors affecting the functioning of systems, economic-mathematical and statistical methods to identify the current state the level of security of industrial enterprises with corporate resources. Results. The author of the article suggests the main approaches and directions of providing industrial enterprises with corporate resources in the conditions of the mobilization economy. Conclusions. The recommendations formed by the author of the article and the selected approaches will ensure the functioning of the critical infrastructure of enterprises in the conditions of the mobilization economy. Application. Shidlovskii","doi":"10.33983/2075-1826-2022-4-91-105","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33983/2075-1826-2022-4-91-105","url":null,"abstract":"The article presents a modification of the EOQ formula for a model with rental of storage facilities, which will allow managers operating in the conditions of crisis reconfiguration of supply chains to find the optimal inventory management strategy, taking into account the combined impact of a number of factors: the capacity of the vehicle, the time value of money when optimizing supplies and financial losses associated with funds frozen in stocks. The procedures for modifying the EOQ formula for such situations are carried out in relation to models important for practice, when payment for the order and the corresponding transaction costs of the supply chain are realized from the revenue received at the re-order interval. At the same time, necessary and sufficient conditions have been established based on which managers will be able to identify models of the specified type. Despite a series of cardinal reforms of recent decades in the field of management of the field of R&D and higher education, France continues to operate a centralized model of the organization of assessment, where the decisive positions are held by the highest bodies of state administrative power in the person of specialized unified national services for the assessment of R&D and higher education (HCERES and etc.). The author tried to show the originality of these institutions and the main problems they faced, as well as to understand the reasons for their viability. The research focuses on the analysis of the methods and criteria used by them for evaluating scientific activities. Particular attention is paid to quantitative assessments of scientific research based on bibliometric indicators (“impact factor”, etc.), as well as on the basis of efficiency and profitability criteria. The research conducted by the author of the article is aimed at identifying the main aspects and factors of the stability of the Russian state during the reign of Alexander I. The subject of the study was the political and economic features and the foundations of the stability of the Russian statehood in the period from 1801 to 1825. Materials and methods. The methodological basis of the research was made up of such general scientific and private scientific methods as analysis and synthesis, classification and generalization, discourse analysis, comparative historical analysis, economic and statistical methods, as well as a secondary analysis of previously conducted research on the stated problems. Results. The author of the study highlights the main crisis stages in the development of the stability of Russian statehood and describes (defines) the ways and decisions taken to overcome the crisis and post-crisis recovery. Application.
