The generalization of their individual behavioral aspects in financial management allows you to effectively use the funds raised. A study of more than 1700 Russian funds over five years showed the predominance of working capital, their dependence on the size of sponsorship contributions and donations, income received from financial investments. Nurmukhametov","doi":"10.33983/2075-1826-2022-1-83-92","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33983/2075-1826-2022-1-83-92","url":null,"abstract":"Corporate governance issues in the context of the ongoing process of digitalization of the economy and the implementation of the ESG agenda are increasingly attracting the attention of both business owners, management, and all interested parties (shareholders, customers, suppliers, employees, investors, communities). One of the important elements of corporate governance is the formation of the board of directors. The most discussed issue, especially in European countries, is the gender diversity of boards of directors and its impact on company performance. The authors examined different points of view on this problem and the practice of solving it in different countries, incl. and in Russia. The authors noted the ambiguity of the results of empirical studies, as well as the prevalence of studies proving a positive relationship between the increase in the number of women on boards of directors and the performance of large companies. The article notes the need for a broad discussion on this topic in Russia. The authors consider it desirable to introduce gender quotas only for enterprises with state participation. In the processes of mergers and acquisitions, the task of synchronizing the organizational cultures rhythms emerges. The research is aimed at developing methodological support for the search for specialists in specified areas of industry based on a platform solution and intelligent analysis of a large amount of data. Materials and methods. The methodology of the research was made up of general scientific and private scientific methods, approaches and technologies, which include methods of analysis and synthesis to identify the needs of enterprises for specialists with the necessary competencies and loyal to the enterprise, systemic and structural-functional approaches for developing a platform solution in order to identify correlations between specified parameters (variables), methods of intellectual and predicative data analysis for determining patterns and presenting a predictive assessment of the provision of industries and complexes with modern and market-compliant corporate resources. Results. The author of the article has developed and presented a method for constructing a composition of fuzzy sets of search specialists for industrial enterprises in Russia. Conclusions. The developed author's methodology, based on the revealed patterns, will make it possible to determine the most professional and necessary specialists for the industry, on the selection and development of which industry enterprises should focus in the future. Application. In the main, statistical information shows that Russia is the most water-rich country. However, at the national and local levels, the lack of readily available freshwater in the regions of Russia has proved to be a key risk, and water scarcity has threatened economic growth in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. Population growth and urbanization, climate change, destruction of forest ecosystems, pollution of water resources and an increase in dangerous hydrometeorological phenomena are strategic threats to Russia’s sustainable economic growth. The article analyzed water-related risks affecting the sustainable use of water resources in the Russian Federation and, consequently, economic growth. The importance of a value-based approach to the problem, which involves a significant transformation of the current corporate models, is emphasized. The expediency of a more complete use of production management technologies in the corporate governance system is shown. Despite the increased uncertainty of the external business environment, the classical approaches of strategic management of large business remain relevant. The principles of integration transformations of corporate structures are systematized. The criteria of strategic analysis of the feasibility of integration transactions are formulated. The features of dividend policies in the corporate sector are considered, recommendations for its improvement are given. The characteristic of the adopted methodological recommendations for improving incentive systems for managers of corporate structures is given.
