The generalization of their individual behavioral aspects in financial management allows you to effectively use the funds raised. A study of more than 1700 Russian funds over five years showed the predominance of working capital, their dependence on the size of sponsorship contributions and donations, income received from financial investments. One of the important elements of corporate governance is the formation of the board of directors. The most discussed issue, especially in European countries, is the gender diversity of boards of directors and its impact on company performance. The authors examined different points of view on this problem and the practice of solving it in different countries, incl. and in Russia. The authors noted the ambiguity of the results of empirical studies, as well as the prevalence of studies proving a positive relationship between the increase in the number of women on boards of directors and the performance of large companies. The article notes the need for a broad discussion on this topic in Russia. The authors consider it desirable to introduce gender quotas only for enterprises with state participation. The research is aimed at developing methodological support for the search for specialists in specified areas of industry based on a platform solution and intelligent analysis of a large amount of data. Materials and methods. The methodology of the research was made up of general scientific and private scientific methods, approaches and technologies, which include methods of analysis and synthesis to identify the needs of enterprises for specialists with the necessary competencies and loyal to the enterprise, systemic and structural-functional approaches for developing a platform solution in order to identify correlations between specified parameters (variables), methods of intellectual and predicative data analysis for determining patterns and presenting a predictive assessment of the provision of industries and complexes with modern and market-compliant corporate resources. Results. The author of the article has developed and presented a method for constructing a composition of fuzzy sets of search specialists for industrial enterprises in Russia. Conclusions. The developed author's methodology, based on the revealed patterns, will make it possible to determine the most professional and necessary specialists for the industry, on the selection and development of which industry enterprises should focus in the future. Application. In the main, statistical information shows that Russia is the most water-rich country. However, at the national and local levels, the lack of readily available freshwater in the regions of Russia has proved to be a key risk, and water scarcity has threatened economic growth in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. Population growth and urbanization, climate change, destruction of forest ecosystems, pollution of water resources and an increase in dangerous hydrometeorological phenomena are strategic threats to Russia’s sustainable economic growth. The article analyzed water-related risks affecting the sustainable use of water resources in the Russian Federation and, consequently, economic growth.
