Abstract

Basing on the conception of E. Hall, the article develops the concept of the organizational culture rhythm. Rhythm is the alternation of certain events (processes) and temporary pauses between them. Every company that has been existing for a relatively long time has a unique rhythm determined by the national business culture, technology and managerial preferences. In the processes of mergers and acquisitions, the task of synchronizing the organizational cultures rhythms emerges. The authors analyze the principles and methods of such synchronization.
