The importance of a value-based approach to the problem, which involves a significant transformation of the current corporate models, is emphasized. The expediency of a more complete use of production management technologies in the corporate governance system is shown. Despite the increased uncertainty of the external business environment, the classical approaches of strategic management of large business remain relevant. The principles of integration transformations of corporate structures are systematized. The criteria of strategic analysis of the feasibility of integration transactions are formulated. The features of dividend policies in the corporate sector are considered, recommendations for its improvement are given. The characteristic of the adopted methodological recommendations for improving incentive systems for managers of corporate structures is given.
