Among these factors are: forms of realization of property rights; the state of the productive forces of society; implemented mechanisms for the formation of managerial elites. A more detailed grouping of influencing factors is presented. At the same time, the role of such factors as mutual responsibility and common economic interests of the state and business is noted. Abstract
The theoretical features of managerial relations as the interaction of subjects and objects at all levels of the economy are considered. The key aspects of these relations are formulated.
