The sociological models of a person with their assessment regarding the manifestation of their characteristic features are investigated. The features of institutional and hybrid models and their specifics in management issues are revealed. The characteristics of the psychological portrait of a person, reduced to certain types and helping to determine their behavior in resolving managerial situations, are studied and interrelated. A model of mental and social interaction from game theory using a power solution is considered, since the form of social obedience is submission to authority.
