The key aspects of these relations are formulated. Possible formats of managerial relations are proposed, as well as a number of conditions for their improvement. The complex of factors influencing the quality of managerial relations is considered. Among these factors are: forms of realization of property rights; the state of the productive forces of society; implemented mechanisms for the formation of managerial elites. A more detailed grouping of influencing factors is presented. At the same time, the role of such factors as mutual responsibility and common economic interests of the state and business is noted.
