Five databases were searched; 30 articles met inclusion and quality criteria. Six key contributors were identified: orientation, mentoring, preparation for teaching, peer support, structured fellowship programs, and professional identity formation. Self-reported strategies used by Nursing Professional Development (NPD) practitioners to support their well-being and mitigate burnout during the second year of COVID-19 will be described.
