Quantitative research methodology was adopted, and the sample was determined using convenience sampling, with 514 Chinese National Orchestra concert consumers in China selected as the study sample through an online questionnaire. The questionnaire consisted of five questions and was scored on a 5-point Likert scale with a reliability of 0.918. Descriptive analysis was used to analyses the data. The results confirmed that the overall attitude of the audience towards national orchestra concerts was moderate. A pleasant experience is the most prominent manifestation of positive audience attitudes. It underscores the crucial role of teachers in creating a supportive, inclusive, and engaging atmosphere that enhances student collaboration, motivation, and overall academic success. Key components of a positive learning environment—student cohesiveness, support, involvement, cooperation, and equity—are thoroughly examined. The study demonstrates how these elements contribute to a sense of belonging and academic achievement among students. By fostering strong relationships and promoting fairness, teachers can significantly influence students' academic experiences and outcomes. Using a descriptive-comparative-correlational design, the research collected data from 407 student respondents across various courses and year levels through survey questionnaires. The study identifies that while age significantly influences perceptions of student cohesiveness, other factors such as sex and course do not show significant differences in perceptions of support, involvement, cooperation, and equity. These findings highlight the importance of considering age-related dynamics in fostering a cohesive student community. The findings reveal that a well-established learning environment, characterized by strong teacher-student relationships and equitable practices, is crucial for fostering academic success and well-being. The study highlights the importance of teachers' feedback, classroom dynamics, and the educational context, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, in shaping the learning environment. Recommendations for enhancing the learning environment include increasing teacher awareness and training, promoting collaborative learning, and ensuring consistent support and engagement opportunities for all students. The study emphasizes the need for continuous improvement and adaptation to meet the diverse needs of students, creating an environment conducive to their academic and personal growth. The current situation and challenges of the ideological and political construction in the course of \"Environmental Engineering Drawing and CAD\" at Zhaoqing University were analyzed. By employing the task-based teaching method, ideological and political elements were integrated into the teaching process of \"Environmental Engineering Drawing and CAD\". This approach allows students to actively accept ideological and political elements and enhances their willingness to absorb ideological and political knowledge while learning this course. This study first analyzes the working mechanism of virtual simulation technology, including virtual reality, augmented reality, and multi-perception interaction. Then this paper discusses how virtual simulation technology serves intelligent education, which can not only simulate experimental operation, but also architecture virtual scene to realize situational teaching. Based on this, the system architecture of the intelligent education platform is designed, using modular design and integrating the virtual simulation system. The results show that the virtual simulation technology can improve the students' learning interest and participation, especially for the subjects with high hands-on operation requirements. Research through numerous literature reviews has found that while studies on kindergarten and primary and secondary school teachers are abundant, there is a relative lack of research on the professional adaptability of teachers specifically engaged in psychological education. This study aims to address the professional adaptation issues of newly appointed psychology teachers. It intends to provide a sustainable development platform for these new teachers through professional development and targeted solutions to specific problems, helping them to overcome obstacles in their professional growth process. This essay aims at teaching freshmen in mainland China to understand how to achieve lexical cohesion through the analysis of a text from The Economist and thus lay a solid foundation for their future academic English writing. Firstly, I will introduce the teaching context of lexical cohesion in mainland China in terms of its difficulty and importance and explain the reasons why I choose this text for analysis. In the next section, I will analyze it using two analytical tools: Nunan’s lexical cohesive category and Flowerdew’s signaling nouns. Then, I will provide pedagogical suggestions and design one activity to teach freshmen in mainland China lexical cohesion in academic English writing. However, modern accounting talents not only need to constantly make changes according to the domestic economic environment, but also must constantly learn international accounting standards and broaden their international perspective. This paper mainly focuses on the training objectives and curriculum of Chinese accounting talents, and fully integrates the elements of Civic and Political Education in accounting education. First of all, the theoretical connotation of Civic Education is explored to clarify its goal and significance in accounting education. By analyzing the advanced experience of international accounting education, it provides theoretical support and international perspective for the design of Civic and Political elements in accounting education. Secondly, it explores how to integrate the Civic and Political elements into the teaching content, teaching methods and teaching evaluation in the practice of accounting education. This includes how to combine Civic and political education with the teaching of accounting professional knowledge through case teaching and discussion-based learning, and how to establish a teaching evaluation system that evaluates students' mastery of professional knowledge as well as their Civic and political qualities. Finally, it summarizes the effectiveness of the practice of Civic and Political elements in accounting education, analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward suggestions for the future reform of accounting education. The sharp increase in the number of degree awarding units and personnel, the revocation of degree points, and disputes over degree awarding standards have converged into a source of problems. The policy source is formed by the convergence of different efforts from experts, scholars, degree committees, and national legislative departments. The governance philosophy and public sentiment of the ruling party constitute the political source. Their effective leadership is of paramount importance for the overall success and satisfaction of instructors. This study determined the relationship between the university administrators’ leadership styles and the instructors’ job satisfaction in a technology university in China. Profile of the instructors respondents, their assessment of university administrator’s leadership style, their job satisfaction level, differences in their assessment on university administrator’s leadership style and job satisfaction level when profile is taken as test factor, and the relationship between their assessment of university administrator’s leadership style and the job satisfaction level were also determined. The study examines the perception of university administrators' leadership styles, focusing on authoritative, democratic, facilitative and situational styles. The assessment of the administrator's leadership style reveals a favorable perception among instructor respondents, with facilitative leadership garnering the highest evaluation. In terms of job satisfaction, the instructor respondents reported a high level, and their assessment of job satisfaction highlights several areas of strength within the academic institution, including job security, community engagement, and the overall work environment. It is found that the administrator is viewed as striking a balance between providing direction and fostering collaboration, supporting faculty well-being, and adeptly navigating the complexities of the academic environment. The strong positive correlations between the assessment of leadership styles and job satisfaction levels highlight the critical role of leadership practices in shaping the working experiences and satisfaction levels of instructors within academic institutions. The findings of the study are used as a basis for a management development program among university administrators.
