On the other hand, Austin (2017) proposes that the benefit of education to some prisoners is subtle and not all prisoners request the education in prison. As basketball's status in our country increases, the leadership skills of coaches are crucial to the overall development of colleges and universities. The article emphasizes that in addition to professional skills, coaches also need to have strong leadership skills to meet students' psychological needs and promote students' growth. Secondly, the article explores the impact of coaches’ leadership behaviors on students’ potential development and team effectiveness. Excellent coaches not only teach techniques, but also formulate training plans and game strategies based on the characteristics of the team to enhance the competitiveness of the entire team. The coach's leadership behavior can also promote cooperation among team members and form a sense of team identity. Finally, the article emphasizes the close relationship between organizational team culture and coach leadership behavior, and explores the important impact of coach leadership behavior on team organizational culture. The purpose of researching traditional sports performances of ethnic minorities across the country is to protect, inherit, explore, and develop their cultural practices. This article utilizes literature review, logical analysis, and video analysis methods to analyze the performances of the three recent National Traditional Sports Games of Ethnic Minorities. It concludes that the creative process of these performances exhibits characteristics of authenticity, reflecting the connection to nature, production and daily life, customs and folklore, regional diversity, physicality, and artistry. Through questionnaires and face-to-face interviews with teacher respondents, their views and opinions on principals’ information-based leadership practices were collected. First, principals’ information leadership practices were assessed through the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) Standards for Educational Leaders, including Equity and Citizenship Advocate, Visionary Planner, Empowering Leader, Systems Designer, and Connected Learning or other aspects. Secondly, statistical analysis methods were used to compare whether there were significant differences in the average scores of different teacher respondents' evaluation of principals' information leadership, and to explore the relationship between evaluation factors. The results show that there are certain differences in teachers' evaluations of principals' information leadership, with factors such as leadership style and vision, IT investment and resource allocation, IT governance practices and policies receiving focus. In addition, the study found that there is a certain correlation between teachers' evaluation of their supervisor's information leadership practices and influencing factors. Finally, based on the research results, recommendations for management development plans are put forward to further improve the school's informatization level and leadership. The research covers major variables such as physical fitness level and psychosocial health of high school students, and determines the direction and goals of the research through a series of specific questions and hypotheses. Specifically, the study will investigate high school students' physical health indicators such as aerobic endurance, strength, flexibility, speed, and coordination, as well as social and psychological health indicators such as achievement motivation, social skills, self-awareness, and moral development. First, the number, distribution and changes of study and learning travel bases in Zhejiang Province were sorted out by collecting and analyzing relevant data. Secondly, the spatial distribution and evolutionary trend of study tour bases are visualized using geographic information system (GIS) technology, and the spatial evolutionary characteristics of the distribution of study tour bases are summarized. Finally, the main factors affecting the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of study and learning travel bases are discussed in the context of the actual situation, including tourism resources, traveler reception capacity, and socio-economic conditions.
