The quality evaluation of their talent cultivation involves multiple dimensions and levels, including both time and space dimensions, as well as value dimension. In light of the current teaching design issues, this paper emphasizes the need for practical teaching, including interdisciplinary comprehensive teaching, field trips and visits, as well as information technology-assisted teaching. Additionally, it suggests updating textbooks and curriculum settings, emphasizing the practical application and ability cultivation, interdisciplinary and comprehensive characteristics, as well as fostering students' innovative awareness and practical abilities. Furthermore, innovative teaching methods such as legal case analysis, business simulation exercises, interactive discussions and debates, and innovative project design are proposed. Lastly, a multi-faceted assessment method is recommended, including comprehensive ability assessment, classroom performance assessment, and professional ability assessment. This article aims to explore the impact of transformational leadership of school administrators on the innovative ability of college teachers. Through literature review and empirical research, we analyze the difficulties and challenges faced by school administrators in improving teachers' innovation capabilities and propose effective countermeasures. The results show that transformational leadership demonstrates significant value and positive impact in higher education. Its core characteristics include being visionary, inspiring, focusing on individual and team growth, and driving organizational change. Transformational leadership plays a role in stimulating teachers' innovative thinking, promoting organizational changes, creating a positive organizational culture, and establishing effective communication mechanisms, which effectively promotes the improvement of university teachers' innovative capabilities. The composition of teachers' innovative ability involves three aspects: teaching, scientific research and practice, and is affected by multiple factors such as individuals, organizations and society. In order to improve teachers' innovation ability, these factors need to be comprehensively considered and targeted measures and support need to be adopted. There are differences in the perception and identification of transformational leadership among university teachers, which may be related to factors such as personal background, organizational culture and external environment. Strengthening communication and exchanges with teachers, establishing a fair and transparent incentive mechanism and evaluation system, providing sufficient resources and support, and advocating an open and inclusive organizational culture are key measures to enhance perception and recognition. In different subject areas and types of universities, the application of transformational leadership needs to be tailored to local conditions. Develop targeted change strategies based on the different characteristics of science and engineering, humanities and social sciences, and the differences between research-oriented and teaching-oriented universities. Finally, transformational leadership has a positive impact on teachers’ professional development, including promoting professional growth, increasing career satisfaction, and increasing intention to stay. However, during implementation, attention should be paid to possible differences in effects due to differences in context and conditions. Issues such as leadership style assessment, leadership prediction, teacher leadership ability improvement programs, leadership training and educational reform have received widespread attention. However, there are still some problems and challenges in these areas that require further research and exploration. This study uses empirical analysis methods to conduct a comprehensive analysis of leadership style assessment, leadership prediction, teacher leadership ability improvement programs, and leadership training and education reform issues in the field of education. The results show that in the current field of education, it is crucial to pay attention to issues such as leadership style assessment, leadership prediction, teacher leadership ability improvement plans, leadership training and educational reform. But there are also common problems and challenges in these areas. In terms of leadership style evaluation, inconsistent indicators and standards, uneven methods and tools, and a lack of widespread practical application have become problems that need to be solved urgently. The key to solving these problems is to strengthen research, improve evaluation indicators and methods, improve tool reliability, and transform evaluation results into practical improvement measures. In terms of leadership prediction, prediction accuracy is challenged due to the complexity, multi-dimensionality of leadership and the interference of external factors. Future development requires more careful treatment of forecast results and comprehensive analysis combined with other factors. At the same time, establishing clearer leadership evaluation standards and conducting in-depth research on prediction methods and tools are necessary steps to promote the development of leadership prediction. Teacher leadership capacity improvement projects currently have problems such as systemic flaws, lack of pertinence and sustainability, and imperfect evaluation and feedback mechanisms. In order to improve the effect, it is necessary to build a scientific and systematic improvement plan framework, focus on personalized training, establish a long-term training and development plan, improve the evaluation mechanism, and transform evaluation results into specific improvement measures. Finally, the current status of leadership training and education reform has problems such as uncertain conceptual connotations, resource investment challenges, and differences in actual effects that need to be resolved. Clarifying leadership standards, optimizing training methods, and improving training effects are the directions to promote the integrated development of leadership training and education reform. However, previous studies on the efficiency of business education within the framework of Metaverse-based Learning is insufficient, despite its profound importance in higher education. To address this problem, the PRISMA methodology are employed to examine recent studies conducted over the last five years. The search encompassed two major databases, namely Scopus and Web of Science, supplemented by the inclusion of Google Scholar as a supporting database. A systematic exploration of the literature yielded a total of 14 articles. The review of these articles indicates that the integration of Metaverse technologies in business education offers enhancements in students' learning experiences and practical skills. Furthermore, the majority of students exhibit a positive attitude towards this educational approach. Insufficient cognition on the major and one's own psychological characteristics affects the optimal allocation of time during college years, which in turn affects academic performance and employment. Through questionnaire surveys of current students and interviews of graduated students majoring in marketing at Ningde Normal University, this paper analyzes students' academic and employment cognitions. Some lower-grade students majoring in marketing have vague cognitions about their major. In addition to the unclear cognitions about the major, like students of other majors, a certain proportion of students also lack clear cognitions about their own psychological characteristics. After students start learning marketing, it is necessary to improve their cognitions about the major through various means. The study comprises a sample of 262 primary and secondary school teachers, situated in the region of Northern Guangdong, China. The study utilizes the Work Engagement Scale, Work Values Scale, and Job Satisfaction Scale to assess various aspects of the research topic. To get meaningful results, the study applies rigorous statistical methods such as t-tests, F-tests, correlation analyses, and regression analyses. These analytical techniques are used to gain valuable insights from the data. The findings highlight a critical need for the implementation of comprehensive policy initiatives. Teachers demonstrate significantly diminished levels of satisfaction, especially in relation to remuneration, workload, availability of classroom materials, presence of supportive leadership, and the equilibrium between professional and personal life. Simultaneously, their level of professional involvement in domains related to their dedication to student achievement, passion, introspective approach, originality, and support for education is notably lacking.
