Abstract

现代产业学院是应用型本科院校实施转型发展的重要载体,是产教融合、协同育人的重要载体,是建立现代应用型本科职业教育体系、培养更多高技能人才的坚实基础。其人才培养质量评价涉及多个维度和层面,既有时间维度、空间维度,也有价值维度。本文以 CIPP 评价模型为基础,遵循动态发展和效益均衡的原则,针对现代行业应用型本科院校的人才培养目标,从背景评价、投入评价、过程评价和结果评价四个维度,构建了四个一级指标及其对应的二级指标的人才培养质量评价指标体系,对人才培养的动态过程进行全面系统的监督和反馈,以期为优化现代行业院校的人才培养质量提供参考。
