The article emphasizes the significant role of non-academic historical texts in the formation of sustainable content structures of public historical consciousness. The nature of the formal-linguistic and conceptual-content adaptation of historical narratives to the semiotic framework of video game media rhetoric is considered. It has created conditions for the opening of new jobs with the start of activities of newly created enterprises in the region. Comprehensive work has been done for the development of the agricultural sector and tea farming has been restored. The basis for the study was the biographies of students of the first ten graduates from 1823 to 1833. Summarizing the collected data, the authors trace the main career paths of graduates, their changes depending on the time of graduation and the faculty that the student graduated from. The author comes to the conclusion that the timely introduction of a special legal regime, within which prohibitive, restrictive, incentive and anti-crisis measures were implemented.
