The hypothesis is put forward that the blended instructional mode based on the background of “Internet+\" has great use value and can promote the overall improvement of the quality of English-related talents. Modern philosophy studies the phenomenon of spirit and consciousness with the help of specific concepts, supersensible and transcendental categories. The authors show that even after the official condemnation of the “excesses\" in collectivization of rural economy, Komsomol and pioneer organizations continued to turn over the generational hierarchy of the Russian village.
