Abstract

The article is devoted to the famous pre-revolutionary historian, publicist and public figure VYa. Bogucharskiy (Yakovlev). His scientific research laid the foundations of the Russian historiography of revolutionary populism, and the sources published by him are of undoubted interest to modern historians of social thought and the revolutionary movement in Russia.
