Consequently, the government has provided numerous initiatives to encourage academic participation in joint research projects with industry. The university-industry collaboration will benefit not only the university and industry but also contribute significantly to the country and society through the development of innovative ideas and products. However, the number of research collaborations is still limited, and establishing a successful collaboration is difficult. Many collaboration projects find it difficult to achieve the objectives. Due to this issue, this study attempts to identify factors contributing to successful research collaborations using researchers’ commitment as a mediator. The success factors can assist in recognising the collaboration stakeholders (university, industry, and government) and enhancing the current practices in university-industry research collaboration in Malaysia. This strategy has several advantages, such as flexibility and accessibility, but it also has some disadvantages. The main disadvantages of online hybrid education in Malaysia are summarised in this abstract. Digital inequality makes it difficult for students from lower income groups and from rural areas to fully engage in online learning activities and exacerbates existing educational disparities due to lack of access to the digital gadgets and dependable internet connectivity. It might also be arduous for students to concentrate on their studies when there aren't any face-to-face interactions, henceforth causing feelings of isolation. Some teachers will find it difficult to modify their teaching strategies for the online setting hampered by the absence of practical, hands-on activities and real-time feedback. Students may also face technical difficulties, such as software bugs or connectivity problems which may obstruct learning and cause irritation in both students and teachers. Maintaining assessment integrity in a hybrid online education environment can be difficult because cheating, plagiarism and impartiality of assessments are harder to catch. Online hybrid virtual education may restrict students' emotional and social growth and limit their interpersonal skills and the capacity for peer collaboration. Furthermore, it can be difficult to communicate and restrict the amount of help and direction that educators can offer to virtual students. In conclusion, while hybrid online education in Malaysia has some benefits, there are also some problems that need to be recognised and addressed. The institution involvement through which policies and procedures affected safety compliance and involvement through awareness and participation was identified using structural equation modelling (SEM). Prior to SEM, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was conducted to assess the fit of a hypothesized measurement model with the observed data. Researchers can determine the extent of the observed variables by measuring underlying latent constructs accurately. It allows for the identification and estimation of the relationships between the latent variables and the observed indicators. Using CFA researchers can evaluate the validity and reliability of their measurement instruments and ensure that they are measuring the intended constructs accurately. The findings show that safety leadership, attitude, and their interactions impacted safety knowledge and motivation. This paper aims to examine the influence of safety and health policies and procedures to awareness, thus, leading to participation within the polytechnics of Malaysia. Data were collected using simple random sampling using Google form. A total of 183 respondents gave feedback. The results revealed that safety and health policies and procedures have significance to both awareness and participations. The study contributed to the existing literature on safety performance. Hampir setiap sektor terjejas termasuk sektor pengajian tinggi. Sejak Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan (PKP) berkuat kuasa pada 18 Mac 2020 di Malaysia, Pembelajaran dan Pengajaran dari Rumah (PdPR) telah dilaksanakan untuk memberi pendidikan berterusan kepada pelajar tanpa risiko dijangkiti virus COVID-19. Setelah dua setengah tahun berlalu, dalam era peralihan endemik COVID-19 ini, pelajar-pelajar telah mula disarankan kembali ke kampus untuk belajar secara bersemuka atau hibrid. Salah satu kesukaran yang dihadapi adalah untuk mengenal pasti tahap kemurungan yang dialami oleh pelajar dalam persekitaran peralihan dari pembelajaran PdPR ke bersemuka atau hibrid. Justeru, kajian ini cuba mengenal pasti tahap kemurungan dalam kalangan pelajar semester tiga Diploma Pengurusan dan Teknologi Pejabat (BA118), Fakulti Pengurusan dan Perniagaan, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Cawangan Pahang. Antara objektif kajian ini adalah menyelidik sama ada terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan dalam skor min kemurungan antara pelajar lelaki dengan pelajar perempuan. Kajian ini turut menguji perhubungan antara tahap kemurungan pelajar dengan pencapaian akademik mereka. Oleh itu, Inventori Kemurungan Beck yang berbentuk laporan kendiri digunakan untuk mengumpul data. Inventori ini diedarkan kepada 98 orang pelajar dari tiga kumpulan yang berbeza. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan dalam skor min antara pelajar lelaki dengan pelajar perempuan. Hasil kajian turut mendapati bahawa hubungan antara kemurungan dengan tahap pencapaian akademik pelajar adalah lemah. Data dikumpul melalui kaedah temu bual dan analisis dokumen. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan perisian Nvivo 10. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa terdapat tiga aspek amalan PdP yang dikenalpasti iaitu Persediaan dan Perancangan Pengajaran PdP, Strategi Pembelajaran serta Penilaian. Implikasi kajian ialah PdP secara dalam talian menyumbang kepada peningkatan pelaksanaan PAK21. Seramai 5 kanak-kanak prasekolah berumur 6 tahun daripada sebuah sekolah di Melaka terlibat dalam kajian ini. Pengumpulan data dijalankan secara kualitatif dengan pendekatan kajian kes. Sebanyak 2 sesi bercerita diadakan untuk melihat keberkesanan penggunaan multimedia terhadap penghasilan kosa kata oleh subjek kajian, iaitu sesi bercerita tanpa dan dengan multimedia berbanding tanpa multimedia. Data kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan 6 elemen yang terdapat dalam Teori Norma Engagement Multimedia Design (NEMD) Dapatan kajian merekodkan pertambahan kosa kata meningkat sebanyak 66 kosa kata oleh subjek kajian pada sesi bercerita dengan multimedia. Hasil kajian ini juga menunjukkan apabila kanak-kanak didedahkan dengan alat intervensi bercirikan multimedia, mereka dapat melakukan ujaran lisan lebih banyak dan memainkan peranan secara aktif dalam kumpulan bercerita. Few studies have documented the lack of time for teachers to incorporate soil science-related topics into their curricula, and the limited extent to which these topics are really being implemented. Three hundred and sixty students from three different secondary institutions in the Kuala Terengganu district were questioned using structured and validated questionnaires in this study. The data was analysed using the mean, standard deviation, t-test, analysis of variance and Pearson correlation. In this study, we found that high school students in the sampling area had a moderate degree of environmental knowledge, environmental behaviour, and environmental attitude. It was shown that there were statistically significant differences in environmental knowledge between men and women, and that environmental attitudes varied significantly amongst educational institutions. Environmental attitudes and practice did not differ significantly across sexes, between science and non-science majors, or between schools. According to the results of this research, classroom educators devote an average of only 5.24 hours annually to teaching about soil science. The qualitative data collection was adopted through the focus group and individual semi-structured interviews. Data were gathered from macro-, meso, and micro-level education providers to cast light on the tripartite factors influencing policy implementation. At the macro level, the study revealed that teachers' attitudes towards CBA, characterised by resistance to change and scepticism, pose substantial obstacles to its effective implementation. In addition, the hasty and haphazard introduction of CBA policies impeded their adoption, highlighting the significance of deliberate and well-paced policy implementation. At the meso level, the research uncovered problems such as improper delivery of CBA, lack of expert support, and non-adaptive teachers who struggle to integrate CBA into their teaching practises effectively. On the other hand, the study cast light on critical issues related to teachers' assessment literacy at the micro level. Evidently, an overreliance on exam-oriented assessment practices limited the scope of CBA's benefits. In addition, the study found that large class sizes and student resistance to non-traditional assessment methods further complicate successful implementation at this level. This study has implications beyond the Malaysian context and provides valuable insights for other educational systems seeking to enhance assessment practises and student learning outcomes in ESL classrooms.
