This article continues this historical and scientific line. It examines an ideological attack on one of the early quantum chemical theories, the theory of resonance, which took place in Soviet science in the 1949–1951’s (more broadly, the expression “antiresonance campaign” can be rewritten as follows: “a campaign to fight against idealism in quantum chemistry” or “the struggle for ideological correctness of Soviet quantum chemistry”), provides an overview of the literature on the history of criticism of chemical and physical theories in the course of these ideological and political campaigns and highlights two ideological dominants of these campaigns: the struggle against physical idealism and the struggle against so-called cosmopolitanism. It is noted that the anti-resonance campaign followed other ideological, or better to say ideological-political, events conducted by the leadership of the Soviet Union. The campaign is also interesting as a cultural phenomenon of the late Stalinist era with its bizarre symbiosis of scientific, rational and mystical values. It allows us to better understand the situation in Soviet natural science, which used ideological rhetoric and nevertheless retained creative potencies, as well as why quantum chemistry, which included the theory of resonance, was not defeated like genetics, why it, having lost pace of development, was preserved as a scientific area.","PeriodicalId":46795,"journal":{"name":"VOPROSY FILOSOFII","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.2,"publicationDate":"2024-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141845312","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"哲学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Turns out that state interest in structural realism is imposed upon state by the very structure of international system, which may be one of key factors in normative turn of structural realism. We claim that it is only possible because structural realism tries to ignore inner structure of the state or present it as “contingent” factors “outside the system”. Presenting state as an “individual” allows to ignore its de facto interests and present structure-formed interests as objective and desirable ones. The claim that the structure-imposed interests are the only authentic and important ones in international relations transforms structural realism into normative theory that demands the states to act uniformly according to these interests. The main danger is that structural realism has potential to raise distrust among states, while removing responsibility from statesmen, who are fulfilling “objective” interests in their states.","PeriodicalId":46795,"journal":{"name":"VOPROSY FILOSOFII","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.2,"publicationDate":"2024-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141848934","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"哲学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It has been established that, for Newberg, his ritual dimension plays a major role in explaining religion. This is primarily because ritual is related to physiology, and can be easily studied using modern neuropsychological techniques. Newberg then explains the myth, based on his knowledge of the role of ritual in human behavior, which is derived from philosophical reflection rather than empirical data. McNamara, on the other hand, offers a more balanced approach. He does not base his conclusions on individual data from laboratory experiments, but rather on religious studies conducted by anthropologists, phenomenologists, and historians of religion. These studies are then correlated with his own experiments on sleep, which helps him to develop a more comprehensive understanding of religion and its role in human society. It is concluded that, despite the closeness of ideological attitudes and the similarity of the object under study (human brain activity), neurotheology creates completely different theories for explaining religion. In Newberg’s system, rituals can be explained neuroscientifically (the origins of ritual behavior lie in animal behavior), whereas myths are completely conditioned by cultural and social change. In contrast, the explanation of myth offered by McNamara is based on empirical research (specifically sleep research) and a concept of decentralization (self-transformation). Rituals have no biological basis, but instead are part of the socialization process. This disagreement in viewpoints on system-forming religious phenomena shows that neurotheology is not easily considered a unified field of research.","PeriodicalId":46795,"journal":{"name":"VOPROSY FILOSOFII","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.2,"publicationDate":"2024-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141839522","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"哲学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The authors consider the current stage of development of society as a period of formation of conditions for the renaissance of cooperative forms of management, the revival of the ideas of cooperation and the collective spirit. The integrative functions of cooperation, its functional roles in the process of opposition to social entropy and disorganization are singled out. The authors come to the conclusion about the dual nature of cooperation, the ambivalence of the goals of cooperative practices, located on a continuum between economic rationality, satisfaction of reasonable selfish needs and transcendental meanings of harmonization of social life. The conclusion is substantiated that the imbalance between the socio-spiritual and economic principles of cooperation becomes a source of dysfunctions, inversion of cooperative models. The following risks of the implementation of cooperative initiatives in the conditions of absolutization of the values of success are determined: destructive practices of ignoring collective interests, prioritization of personal gain, violation of ethical norms, contractual obligations. The article analyzes the influence of labor traditions, norms and national cultural code on the formation of cooperative forms of management.","PeriodicalId":46795,"journal":{"name":"VOPROSY FILOSOFII","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.2,"publicationDate":"2024-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141849771","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"哲学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Moreover, both studies, though in different formats: one as hermeneutics of education, and the other as subject-oriented essays, are mutually addressed to each other and create a trusting conversation, assuming the possibility for the reader to engage in it and continue the thought in a creative mood, to which the author calls. According to the author’s conviction, heuristic learning technologies are based precisely on dialogue – both one’s own and others’ in history, sociology, and education, i.e., they presuppose relations of interested audibility, thanks to which historical continuity arises in the spaces of socialization and education. This is the theme of the relationship between benevolent influence and formalizing manipulations. It is about “cultivating” a person in their ability to hear and understand others and themselves in the unifying space of dialogue, which they voluntarily enter, and where “we-experience” (M.M. Bakhtin) is more important than the position of any participant in communication. A.D. Korol introduces the theme of joint presence in education – joint search right from the start. This is a generic, if you like, primary life experience, acquired in the process of education. This is what the teacher needs to uncover in the student. And then, knowledge, possessing necessarily common formal characteristics, acquires, like a person, it’s own “unique pattern of the soul”. Thus, the existentials of education are formed.","PeriodicalId":46795,"journal":{"name":"VOPROSY FILOSOFII","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.2,"publicationDate":"2024-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141840837","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"哲学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The meta-ethical pillar makes it possible to determine the status of being of digital games and reveal whether they influence the player’s view of the world beyond the game. Johan Huizinga’s concept of the magic circle in conjunction with the concept of an intellectual system of world model formulated by Vladimir Bryshinkin allows us to consider military digital games as intellectual products that shape understandings of man and the world. The socio-anthropological pillar of the research is focused on the Kantian concept of freedom as the basis of the criterion for assessing the image of a nation in digital games. The history of humankind from the perspective of Kantian practical philosophy is the history of free development, in which all individuals and all nations should be equal participants. The toolkit of ethical assessment of national traits represented in digital military games can serve as a reason for their developers to reconceptualize their own responsibility for the content of the published work.","PeriodicalId":46795,"journal":{"name":"VOPROSY FILOSOFII","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.2,"publicationDate":"2024-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141841481","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"哲学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The “Japanese Bibliography” compiled by him in 1897 was a landmark work for the perception of modern scientific terminology in China, and at the same time indicates that on the eve of the Reform Movement of 1898, Kang Youwei still remained in the position of Neo-Confucianism, did not try to synthesize Confucian concepts with contemporary scientific picture of the world and Darwinian evolutionary theory. The preface to the Japanese Bibliography proves that the process of formulating the philosophy of history and the basic law of history (change of the Three Eras) by Kang Youwei was far from completed, and he did not use the concept of the Great Unity (Da Tong). Kang Youwei stated that the scientific and technological superiority of the Western Powers is secondary, but the primary thing is the world “battle of minds”, in which countries that have embarked on the path of catching-up development have a chance to overtake the former hegemons. An example is given of Imperial Japan, whose intellectuals were able to synthesize Western philosophy with Eastern thinking and hieroglyphic writing. To accelerate the Westernization of China, the apologist of which was then Kang Youwei, Japanese experience should be fully used, including already completed translations of scientific and technical literature into Japanese. When compiling the Bibliography, Kang Youwei was not yet able to propose an original taxonomy of scientific knowledge and used ready-made samples. A radical change in his thinking came only at the beginning of the twentieth century.","PeriodicalId":46795,"journal":{"name":"VOPROSY FILOSOFII","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.2,"publicationDate":"2024-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141845694","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"哲学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

His concept of “constructive realism” has received wide discussion in the texts of Russian and foreign colleagues, friends, and students (humanitarian scholars and philosophers), presented in a collective monograph dedicated to his 90th anniversary.
