It included majorly the Work From Home (WFH) initiative which became the need of the hour to keep the business up and running. The study aims at understanding the opinion of professionals across manufacturing, services and IT Industry Group about the effect of WFH initiatives on their personal life and professional life and eventually how it will affect the updating of workforce policies and its overall effect on employer branding for the company. The data was collected from professionals across India. The major findings highlighted that WFH has had a positive effect on the personal life of the professionals. However, when it comes to the effect of WFH on professional life, certain areas to focus on were team coordination, team performance, and deadlines. Tecer (2007) told that Environmental deterioration, extinction, or pollution in many vital earth systems, such as air, water, soil, forest, and biological diversity have required countries to develop policies for protecting and developing the earth and promoting global cooperation on these issues. Atasoy (2005) concluded in his study that Environmental problems have become globalized and have reached the stage where they present a threat to life on Earth. This situation has led to the review of people's relationships with nature, their attitudes and behaviors towards the environment, the duties and responsibilities assumed by the individual towards nature, and the redefinition of ecological culture and environmental awareness. This study decided to examine the role of examinations in inducing anxiety among EFL learners and the extent to which this affects academic performance of students. In order to achieve this, a quantitative research design was used for this study. A questionnaire was used to elicit information from the participants and the instrument was distributed to 55 EFL learners to elicit information on their opinions regarding the influence of test anxiety on the students. The instruments were face validated as well checked for reliability. The study was a descriptive type with the sample size of 200 students of different secondary schools. The study was focused on the availability of ICT tools and its use by students other than school. A questionnaire is designed to collect the data.The study used various statistical techniques to analyze the data. Z-test, were used. Education is a tool for societal development. Automation and digitalization of industry have given an edge to human potential, and to tap it, education 4.0 comes to the fore. Now, the objective of education is to explore the learning process to its fullest and create a constantly evolving learning community in place of a knowledge-based community. The whole education system, from objectives to evaluation, has changed drastically. The learning process has reached up to the meta-cognition level of the brain. Today's key factors of this process are re-inventing the objective, re-skilling & re-assessing the evaluation process, and achieving a new pinnacle and dimension of learning. Education 4.0 is aimed towards Generation-Z which has completely different aspirations and expectations. Soft skills also gain importance along with hard skills. Creativity, emotional intelligence, social interest skills are a must for the new and evolving professions of the future. This study examined the relationship of gender, a relevant teachers’ personal variable with teachers’ attitudes towards CWSN. This quantitative study was designed to investigate teachers’ attitudes towards Children with Special Needs with an exclusive comparison between female and male Educators. Data was collected from 260 teachers of Bhopal using a self-developed survey instrument entitled Multidimensional Attitudinal Measurement of Teachers towards Children with Disability Scale (MAMTCD-Scale).
