It included majorly the Work From Home (WFH) initiative which became the need of the hour to keep the business up and running. The study aims at understanding the opinion of professionals across manufacturing, services and IT Industry Group about the effect of WFH initiatives on their personal life and professional life and eventually how it will affect the updating of workforce policies and its overall effect on employer branding for the company. The data was collected from professionals across India. The major findings highlighted that WFH has had a positive effect on the personal life of the professionals. However, when it comes to the effect of WFH on professional life, certain areas to focus on were team coordination, team performance, and deadlines. Abstract
