With the development of corpus linguistics, emerging multimedia technology and advanced network development, computer-aided language teaching software is not only widely promoted in teaching, but also enables students to learn actively in autonomous learning. Online multimedia corpus realizes corpus retrieval and audio and video positioning. There are prominent advantages in English teaching. Images, sounds and data coexist, and the database can be built by the user, which is different from person to person and not limited by time and space. Users can choose different corpus according to their own interests and hobbies and basic characteristics, and practise listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating. This paper mainly introduces the application of relevant cognitive theories in language learning, and then introduces the application of corpus retrieval system in English teaching. The online multimedia corpus system is designed and its main functions are introduced. According to the application of multimedia corpus in college English teaching, this paper designs and organizes the participants to conduct systematic experiments. This is a challenge even for the construction of administrative informationization in most universities in China. If university administrative management can make full use of the information technology in the era of BD, it can effectively absorb diversified information resources, thereby innovating its own management concepts and models to further improve the overall quality and level of administration. The purpose of this article is to study the factors that affect the efficiency of university administration based on BD analysis. This paper first briefly analyzes BD in colleges and universities, and then studies in detail the factors that affect the efficiency of university administration under BD analysis. In the experimental part, the study involved 420 teachers and students in the form of a questionnaire, and scores the school's administrative efficiency. By using mathematical statistical method to calculate the score, the school's efficiency factor score is 8.68. According to the experimental results, we can see that under the influence of BD technology, the school's administrative efficiency level is high. Based on the idea of graph structure, this paper proposes a dynamic web crawler model based on state transition, which uses the state transition process to simulate dynamic events to trigger changes to the web page structure. Through the analysis and modeling of the traditional animation storyboard script, the basic elements of the animation storyboard script are extracted. Combined with XML technology to design a standardized animation storyboard script description method, the key technology of the method is given. Schema files are used to set the structure and constraint conditions of animation storyboards, and DOM technology is used to realize the analysis of standardized animation storyboards. Compared with the traditional animation storyboard script edited in Microsoft Word, WPS and other formats, the standardized animation storyboard script adds relevant animation storyboard structure information. This structural information will make the various processing of the animation storyboard script using the computer system more convenient and efficient. In conclusion, it is found that the respondents’ pronunciation of segmental phoneme and suprasegmental phoneme was negatively affected by Guangzhou dialect in different levels. English teaching should be based on students' practice. Students should be allowed to master the ability of using foreign languages by participating in active and large amount of language activities. According to constructivism learning theory, cognitive theory and humanistic learning theory, this paper puts forward a collaborative learning environment model based on computer multimedia network environment, and details the specific description of the implementation mode. In this paper, the data association mining algorithm is used to process and analyze the big data of learning effect. The experimental results show that the method is more accurate and more targeted than the traditional methods in English teaching evaluation.
