摘要

本文针对计算机专业人才培养的现状和用人单位缺乏统一的评价标准,遵循“科学性、系统性优化、普遍可比性、实用性和指导性”的原则;由技术、软件工程、创新能力五个一级指标构建评价指标体系结构模型。每个一级索引包含多个二级索引;采用层次分析法计算了指标体系的权重,并对计算结果进行了分析。本文的研究成果指导高校和教育培训机构制定合理的人才培养方案,对培养综合素质较高的计算机专业人才具有重要的指导意义。
