Therefore, how to train outstanding hotel management professionals has become the focus of many university teachers. Therefore, this article aims to study the innovation of the training model of hotel management professionals in universities. To this end, this article takes the hotel management major of universities as the research object, and takes the hotel innovation and entrepreneurial talent training model as the starting point. Developed and distributed 1000 questionnaires about hotel talent needs, and allowed hotel managers of different levels and sizes to fill in the questionnaires through communication. Then use SPSS software to perform factor analysis on the obtained data, and finally assign weights to each indicator to determine the weight of each indicator. Through investigation and analysis, we know that 46.3% of the frequently vacant positions in hotels are in hotel services. 27.4% of the frequently vacant positions in hotels are in hotel a planning position, which fully shows that hotels have a great demand for hotel services and mid-level management talents. The specific steps are: First, the language chessboard is used to build indirect formal intelligent text analysis; Second, construct the knowledge module finishing; Third, present expert knowledge acquisition and structured expression that the rich media can play a further role in the way of mind map, that is, the visual expression of original idea, its characteristics are in cognitive computing three points of language, knowledge and originality. The result is the combination of several data platform indexing abstracts of papers, extracting sports information such as authors and keywords, and rich media presentations. This poses a severe challenge to the current higher vocational education, and it is urgent to change the traditional teaching mode. We should pay attention to the differences between middle school students in reality. If students of different levels are required according to the unified standard, it will inevitably lead to the embarrassing situation that the poor students can't keep up with the students and the excellent students are not excellent. In view of the current situation of enrollment expansion in higher vocational colleges, this paper studies the hierarchical teaching mode based on the results of Guangzhou Urban Construction Vocational College as an example. Based on the investigation and analysis of 460 students in the University, this paper obtains the application analysis table of results-oriented education. Based on the analysis of the results, this paper puts forward the development strategy of hierarchical teaching mode based on the results under the background of Higher Vocational enrollment expansion, which provides teaching guarantee for the development of higher vocational colleges.
