Research on Achievement Oriented Hierarchical Teaching Mode Under the Background of Higher Vocational Enrollment Expansion —Taking Guangzhou Urban Construction Vocational College as an Example

Abstract

With the increasingly fierce enrollment competition, the source of students in higher vocational colleges has been affected to a certain extent, mainly reflected in the regional differences of students, uneven admission score line, uneven quality and so on. This poses a severe challenge to the current higher vocational education, and it is urgent to change the traditional teaching mode. We should pay attention to the differences between middle school students in reality. If students of different levels are required according to the unified standard, it will inevitably lead to the embarrassing situation that the poor students can't keep up with the students and the excellent students are not excellent. In view of the current situation of enrollment expansion in higher vocational colleges, this paper studies the hierarchical teaching mode based on the results of Guangzhou Urban Construction Vocational College as an example. Based on the investigation and analysis of 460 students in the University, this paper obtains the application analysis table of results-oriented education. Based on the analysis of the results, this paper puts forward the development strategy of hierarchical teaching mode based on the results under the background of Higher Vocational enrollment expansion, which provides teaching guarantee for the development of higher vocational colleges. The research in this paper is of great practical significance for further promoting the development of achievement-oriented teaching mode in higher vocational colleges.
