Based on the analysis of the results, this paper puts forward the development strategy of hierarchical teaching mode based on the results under the background of Higher Vocational enrollment expansion, which provides teaching guarantee for the development of higher vocational colleges. Abstract

With the increasingly fierce enrollment competition, the source of students in higher vocational colleges has been affected to a certain extent, mainly reflected in the regional differences of students, uneven admission score line, uneven quality and so on. 高职扩招背景下以成绩为导向的分层教学模式研究——以广州城建职业学院为例
随着招生竞争的日益激烈,高职院校生源受到了一定程度的影响,主要体现在生源的地域差异、录取分数线参差不齐、质量参差不齐等方面。这对当前的高等职业教育提出了严峻的挑战,迫切需要改变传统的教学模式。我们应该注意现实中中学生之间的差异。如果按照统一的标准对不同层次的学生进行要求,必然会出现差生跟不上,优生不优秀的尴尬局面。针对高职院校扩招的现状,以广州城建职业学院为例,对分层次教学模式进行了研究。本文通过对该大学460名学生的调查分析,得出了结果导向教育的应用分析表。在对结果进行分析的基础上,提出了高职扩招背景下基于结果的分层教学模式发展策略,为高职院校的发展提供了教学保障。本文的研究对于进一步推动高职院校绩效导向教学模式的发展具有重要的现实意义。
