Therefore, how to train outstanding hotel management professionals has become the focus of many university teachers. Therefore, this article aims to study the innovation of the training model of hotel management professionals in universities. To this end, this article takes the hotel management major of universities as the research object, and takes the hotel innovation and entrepreneurial talent training model as the starting point. Developed and distributed 1000 questionnaires about hotel talent needs, and allowed hotel managers of different levels and sizes to fill in the questionnaires through communication. Then use SPSS software to perform factor analysis on the obtained data, and finally assign weights to each indicator to determine the weight of each indicator. Through investigation and analysis, we know that 46.3% of the frequently vacant positions in hotels are in hotel services. 27.4% of the frequently vacant positions in hotels are in hotel a planning position, which fully shows that hotels have a great demand for hotel services and mid-level management talents. 摘要

近年来,经济突飞猛进,各行各业和酒店业都取得了长足的发展。因此,如何培养优秀的酒店管理专业人才成为众多高校教师关注的焦点。因此,本文旨在对高校酒店管理专业人才培养模式的创新进行研究。为此,本文以高校酒店管理专业为研究对象,以酒店创新创业人才培养模式为切入点。制定并发放1000份酒店人才需求问卷,通过沟通让不同层次、不同规模的酒店管理者填写问卷。然后利用SPSS软件对得到的数据进行因子分析,最后对各指标进行权重赋值,确定各指标的权重。通过调查分析,我们知道46.3%的酒店频繁空缺职位是在酒店服务领域。27.4%的酒店频繁空缺职位为酒店策划类职位,这充分说明酒店对酒店服务及中层管理人才的需求很大。结合我国酒店管理本科专业教育的现状,对人才培养模式的构建提出了相应的建议。
