However, judging from the status quo of the development of school physical education, many problems such as its status decline, unbalanced function, declining value and meaning attenuation have become shackles hindering the future development of school physical education and its education. In view of the background of the development strategy of \"Healthy China\" and further analysis of the special values of school sports health promotion and health popularization, it is believed that in the construction of \"Healthy China\", the development of school sports should be based on two aspects: concept and form. Appropriate reforms are carried out at the level, that is, use life sports to rebuild the new concept of school sports, and use colorful sports to open up a new form of school sports. They have the advantages of visualization of learning content, diversification of learning resources, convenient use of resources, concentration of learning content, and entertainment of learning process. Based on the micro-video production process, this article explains in detail to explain the method of using Camtasia Studio to make micro-videos, including initial production, post-production and corresponding skills, and solves the key technical problems of micro-video production. Since the 21st century, there have been precedents in the application of virtual reality in military and industrial fields. Based on this, a design method of somatosensory interactive system in digital campus based on Unity 3D and VR technology is proposed. Through the development and research of Kinect somatosensory device in windows platform, the depth image data and bone tracking data of human body are obtained, and the virtual roaming system is interacted with in Unity3D virtual reality platform. The flexibility and scalability of the system are improved through the layered and modular design scheme. This research finds that the subsidy systems motivate poverty-stricken students mainly through manifesting fairness and commonweal of education, as well as shaping students’ optimism and self-reliance, of which the latter enjoys more remarkable driving effects for students. In the paper, on the basis of expounding the connection between art and medical treatment, it reviews the development of art therapy and the present situation of education. By virtue of the developmental orientation theory and behavioral orientation theory of visual art therapy, specific treatment mechanisms for children with physical and mental disorder is made an analysis. After entering the education system, Art therapy has played an important role in special education and counseling in schools. Not only is it reflected in the classroom students, but also it has an impact on the educational atmosphere of the school. The fast development of local industries raise huge demands on application-oriented technical talents of various fields, among which-artificial intelligence (AI) takes the leading position. However, it is a challenging task to train AI talents due to the complexity of AI. We investigate on training AI talents in application-oriented universities like Weifang University. We propose to integrate theoretical knowledge and hands-on ability to support the growth of comprehensive ability. Subsequently, we factorize the knowledge and ability structure into small pieces to lower the learning barrier. Based on these two solutions, we try to cultivate the engineering thinking and ability of students. The process of teaching of Electrical Control and PLC course in practical ability training is not enough in modern teaching methods of curriculum evaluation. The results oriented curriculum development theory put forward the reform of the teaching goal, the curriculum content, methods and assessment form. After the reform, the teaching plan of electronic technology is more suitable for the concept of international engineering education accreditation. The achievement oriented engineering education is goal oriented.
