However, judging from the status quo of the development of school physical education, many problems such as its status decline, unbalanced function, declining value and meaning attenuation have become shackles hindering the future development of school physical education and its education. In view of the background of the development strategy of \"Healthy China\" and further analysis of the special values of school sports health promotion and health popularization, it is believed that in the construction of \"Healthy China\", the development of school sports should be based on two aspects: concept and form. Appropriate reforms are carried out at the level, that is, use life sports to rebuild the new concept of school sports, and use colorful sports to open up a new form of school sports. Based on the micro-video production process, this article explains in detail to explain the method of using Camtasia Studio to make micro-videos, including initial production, post-production and corresponding skills, and solves the key technical problems of micro-video production. Based on this, a design method of somatosensory interactive system in digital campus based on Unity 3D and VR technology is proposed. Through the development and research of Kinect somatosensory device in windows platform, the depth image data and bone tracking data of human body are obtained, and the virtual roaming system is interacted with in Unity3D virtual reality platform. The flexibility and scalability of the system are improved through the layered and modular design scheme. After entering the education system, Art therapy has played an important role in special education and counseling in schools. However, it is a challenging task to train AI talents due to the complexity of AI. We investigate on training AI talents in application-oriented universities like Weifang University. We propose to integrate theoretical knowledge and hands-on ability to support the growth of comprehensive ability. Subsequently, we factorize the knowledge and ability structure into small pieces to lower the learning barrier. Based on these two solutions, we try to cultivate the engineering thinking and ability of students. After the reform, the teaching plan of electronic technology is more suitable for the concept of international engineering education accreditation. The achievement oriented engineering education is goal oriented.
