The process of teaching of Electrical Control and PLC course in practical ability training is not enough in modern teaching methods of curriculum evaluation. The results oriented curriculum development theory put forward the reform of the teaching goal, the curriculum content, methods and assessment form. After the reform, the teaching plan of electronic technology is more suitable for the concept of international engineering education accreditation. The achievement oriented engineering education is goal oriented.
