Factors Affecting the Efficiency of University Administration Based on Big Data Analysis

Abstract

Now that the era of big data (BD) in our country has arrived, informatization has become more and more common. This is a challenge even for the construction of administrative informationization in most universities in China. If university administrative management can make full use of the information technology in the era of BD, it can effectively absorb diversified information resources, thereby innovating its own management concepts and models to further improve the overall quality and level of administration. The purpose of this article is to study the factors that affect the efficiency of university administration based on BD analysis. This paper first briefly analyzes BD in colleges and universities, and then studies in detail the factors that affect the efficiency of university administration under BD analysis. In the experimental part, the study involved 420 teachers and students in the form of a questionnaire, and scores the school's administrative efficiency. By using mathematical statistical method to calculate the score, the school's efficiency factor score is 8.68. According to the experimental results, we can see that under the influence of BD technology, the school's administrative efficiency level is high. In response to these questions, this article puts forward suggestions to improve the efficiency of administrative management.
