The approach used in this research was a quantitative research, using survey method and regression analysis technique. Its population was the lecturer of Higher Education Institutions of Informatics in Indonesia and 271 lecturers were taken as sample and selected using stratified random sampling. The results of data analysis show that quality management system implemented by the institutions was very good as 4.15 from 5 scales. The most influenced factors were organizational culture and lecturers caring, and there no significant differences between State Higher Educations and the private. CV.XYZ is a micro small medium enterprise (MSME) in Indonesia that produce ice for public daily consumption. Currently CV.XYZ only using microsoft excel in documenting their transaction. This condition could be a barrier for CV.XYZ to grow. Implementing ERP is one of the popular solution that seen as one of solution that can help CV. XYZ in improving their business process and technology. This research is using a qualitative method and explained on a case study approach by conducting an interview and surveys at CV.XYZ. a secondary data and previous research material are also used to support this research. Reviewed many product of ERP that suitable for MSME and analyzing the as-is business process, this research got the gap or problem that need to be solved, also obtained the to-be business process that embed Odoo open source ERP. In the determination of the location used with approach methodology Analytical Process Hierarchy and with an approach of Method of Delphi. Therefore, the Delphi Method approach will be able to produce the best alternative from the selected land location. While the complex problems in this study can be simplified and accelerated in the decision-making process with Analytical Process Hierarchy. Determining the location of the surveyed land has a semi-structured, complex and multi-criteria problem. It is necessary to approach the Delphi Method in the survey to obtain data and information as a result of the most reliable communication and consensus alignment of expert groups in their respective fields.
