Dissemination of health information becomes a daunting task for the government. Data were collected from samples representing Indonesia, covering deaths throughout 2016, and at all deaths were verbal autopsies, according to World Health Organization guidelines in real time by doctors and trained personnel. From the data, it is seen that 10 types of diseases are the most common cause of death in Indonesia including cancer, cerebrovascular, and ischemic heart. But the information of 10 types of disease is still not common to the people of Indonesia. This research describes the design of a mobile application called “I'm CARE”. The application is based on the 10 most dangerous diseases in Indonesia, as reported by the health information media. The research method used is data collection method that includes interviews with several specialist doctors. It also uses the method of analysis and database design that includes the design of the conceptual database, logical, and physical. Then using manual interaction computer to design user interface on mobile application and some machine learning models such as Decision Tree, k = Nearest Neighbor (k-NN), Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Artificial Neural Network (ANN). This paper focused on airport domain in Indonesia since detection of airport imagery features was an open challenge due to various features were used to describe the visual existence of an airport. Main characteristics of real-world definition for airport domain were identified by using the reference from Klasifikasi Penutup Lahan SNI 7645 Badan Standardisasi Nasional (Land Cover Classification SNI 7645 National Standardization Body) and Ministry of the Transportation Republic of Indonesia. Subsequently, image description of airport domain was defined based on the real-world description of the airport. This description used image features consideration namely spatial, spectral (color and texture) which was organized as ontological properties itself. At the end, the formal representation of airport domain was designed by mapping real-world description of an object into image description. This paper showed ontology approach could be used to design the formal representation of land cover by mapping real-world description of an object into image description. Ontology itself would be used for image identification/classification/clustering at airport domain or other image domains.","PeriodicalId":439941,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Information Management and Technology (ICIMTech)","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131032826","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This alternative offers you online learning interactions through synchronous and asynchronous session, which usually accommodated by learning management systems or another technology platform and applications. Basically, in online learning environment, the learning interaction will have a transition from teacher-dependent to learner-dependent, but it still can't be concluded that the succession in online learning doesn't affected by the teaching styles of the instructor. This study is aimed to see whether the teaching styles of the instructors will have an impact in academic achievement of the students. The study was conducted by a comparative study towards two classes with two different instructors, which have their own teaching styles. The result said that the class with the more active and responsive instructors has a better results in score.","PeriodicalId":439941,"journal":{"name":"2017 International Conference on Information Management and Technology (ICIMTech)","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131200714","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It because the only product produced by Research Institute is knowledge. P2LD LIPI (Deep Sea Research Center — Indonesian Institute of Sciences) has faced problems; one of them is limited human resources, noticed from the number of available researchers who are mostly in their retirement period. It requires right solution to solve it, which is right KM implementation to give positive impact for organization advancement. That problem is noticed before the existence of knowledge sharing culture and lack of KM understanding, so knowledge is only owned by an individual. The current KM implementation do not give the expected result yet and need to be evaluated the reason and how to solve. Instrument that is used in research has been tested both validity and reliability. This study used OCAI as instrument that researched the effect of organization culture to KM process and questionnaires as instrument that researched the effect of organization structure to KM process in P2LD LIPI. Using simple regression analysis tests KM process and organization structure. From analysis, P2LD organization culture is expected to have clan and hierarchy cultures with requirements clan dominates and from organization structure and KM process are resulted an analysis that there is an influence between those 2 variables. From this research, it can be concluded that organization culture at P2LD is expected to be clan and hierarchy that are flexible, caring each other, stable and controllable.
