In Indonesia, many problems regarding the management and preservation of medical record is still a concern while existing medical records are still present separately depending on the medical institution. On the other hand, Indonesian people are known to constantly switch doctors and thus making their medical history scattered amongst medical institutions. Many research studies in medical field for disease management cannot be done because of insufficient knowledge which actually can be resolved by KM. The main problems of this study are the inexistence of a complete life-long medical history documentation of the patients and the unavailability of medical records for mass utilization for health research institutions. Therefore, knowledge management system is needed to manage the medical record knowledge in different medical institutions across Indonesia and to gather all medical records of each person in order to form a more complete life-long medical history utilization for health institutions. This study is a proposal of a research which objectives are: to propose mass utilization of medical record information system and to propose interconnected access for a patient medical record between health institution across Indonesia by developing a knowledge management system which will be useful for future treatment and management of patient with similar condition and for medical research complete source of past, current, and possible future health condition. PCB boards goes through lots of production process from panel cutting to laminating and one single defect in a board will make the entire board become obsolete. With the rise of electronic appliances demand every day, the demand for higher quality components is rising. With the high price tag of commercial AOI, lots of manufacturers are not able to do an automated inspection. This is where Computer Vision can provide an alternative for commercial AOI to assist small scale manufacturers to do an automated inspection. Image Subtraction and Blob detection enable users to easily find numerous visual defects in PCBs especially with a complex method. By dissecting pictures and pointing out the differences on the output image, PCBs can be inspected quickly to find out the defective parts. The key strategy is by providing credit project fund to various social communities all over Indonesia in order to enhance capability and productivity of the communities themselves. To get the funding, the communities give the proposals which will be verified by the management of PNPM Mandiri. The proposal assessment has many criteria to determine the feasibility of proposal. To support the decision making made by PNPM management, therefore we developed a decision support system (DSS) that supports the Government Loan allocation. The result shows that the DSS help the PNPM management to customize the existing model. CEC has several priority plans listed in 2014–2017 local community plan. One of that priorities is to improve cycling habit within the society. This project was intended to motivate people to do more cycling by creating awareness about air pollution issues. The utilization of Internet of Things (IoT devices), secondary data analysis and physical data visualization were methodology approaches used in this project. This paper explains workflow of the project, including data collection and analysis, participatory design workshop, field measurement and physical data visualization. E-wallet is a program or service which allows its user to save digital money and doing transactions easily whenever and wherever. Many banks and nonbank companies are competing to create innovation in this field. Go Mobile is an e-wallet product of CIMB Niaga, meanwhile, T-Cash is an e-wallet issued by a telecommunication company, PT Telkomsel. This research aimed to analyze the system, purchase and payment methods in Go Mobile and T-Cash. This research was done in qualitative design, used secondary data sourced from official websites of both companies as well as related researches. The result showed that Go Mobile and T-Cash's systems could ease the user's transaction. Go Mobile and T-Cash could be used in purchase and payment transaction through SMS as well as Android-based Smartphone application. In T-Cash, users who do not own an Android Smartphone could enjoy this service by attaching Near Field Communication (NFC) sticker on their phone. This is called T-Cash Tap.
