The development of the system is needed because the various separate source and data is not always available when Information Systems Department wants to do monitoring of student performance. Moreover, the data are not available on time that's make monitoring process becomes hampered so that the impact on the result of the student's performance. Therefore, this system is also to make it easier for users of the system to be able to view the performance of students in accordance with the data that is needed in the process of monitoring. The development of the systems is using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, starting from the planning phase to planning the development of the system, then perform the analysis on the process of monitoring that is currently running and analyze the data related to the process of monitoring, then entered the stage of design to design the system that will be built into diagrams, then the last stage is the building of the monitoring system success students study based on web platform. In the student performance monitoring system there will be a data of students who have not yet reached minimum indicators, students who achieve minimum indicators and students who have passed the minimum limit indicator. From the data, users can also view every detail of each indicator. This study aims to determine the acceptance of traditional market traders by analyzing their acceptance attitude using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The knowledge on the traditional market sellers' acceptance on an electronic system will help government in designing smart city concept. This study uses primary data from all stalls in Depok market. This study uses Pearson correlation as data analysis. Result indicates that Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) and Perceived Usefulness (PU) have a positive effect on Actual Technology Use (AU), and Behavioral Intention (BI) has a negative effect on Actual Use (AU). This result shows that the system easiness and usefulness are critical in terms of Electronic Government (e-Government) system acceptance for traditional market sellers. Community colleges and schools seek to complement the traditional teaching system with e-learning systems. However, we found there are differences in individual learning styles in terms of speed and learning styles. Serving or teaching students with one mechanism of the same teaching method will ignore individual rights while reducing the meaning of education broadly from the humanity dimension. Such situations will affect the target of increasing competence, the growth of knowledge and the value expected for some individuals to fail. The electronic learning model then undergoes a shift away from a mere system, now evolving into a personalized learning model, where learning processes are oriented toward the students' abilities. Under these conditions, models and other techniques are needed to help personalized adaptive learning as they need it. The purpose of this study was to identify the general criteria of personalized electronic learning model to meet the needs, interests and objectives of the learner in a more personal sense in a broader sense. This research was conducted through literature study on papers published in the last five years (2012–2017). With the recurring spread of fake news in recent time, it provides opportunities for higher education students to be able to receive and spread the fake news through LINE group. The purpose of this research: first, to show college students' activities and the intention of awareness to receive fake news by users. Second, to measure the number of college student groups with awareness of spread fake news. Third, to investigate whether Higher education students with many groups can make or modify fake news. There are 15 questions using a Likert scale and 5 multiple choice questions which are shown to higher education students and presented by using statistical descriptive explanatory analysis for this research. The result of this research is higher education students have many groups and this does not affect the number of fake news because Higher education students need to do advanced research on the news and see if the news has a reliable source. After 8 years are applied, the author felt the need to do an evaluation of the information systems to identify and measure the success rate of the application/ implementation of the HIS Kasih Group. This study aims to evaluate the system information by using HOT FIT Model. HOT FIT Model has four perspectives namely information systems Human (Human), Organization, Technology and the benefits provided. With all four perspectives is expected to yield an appropriate evaluation to measure the success and influence of HIS implementation. This study will be tested to 213 HIS users by using questionnaires and interviews. The data collection technique is used to assess the effect of each perspective HOT FIT Model. Data will be analyzed quantitatively by using multiple regression.
