Supply Chain Management (SCM) system can overcome these problems, but the existing SCM is not yet in accordance with business processes for the salt industry. This research intended to create a model of web-based supply chain management (e-SCM) for Salt Industry. The data were gathered through interviews, questionnaires, and literature review. The analysis and design of the system used the Object Oriented Analysis & Design (OOAD) method which refers to Unified Process and using Unified Modeling Language (UML) notation. The analysis method is applied while the business is being operated and is based on the needs of the industry. As a matter of fact, the use of information technology and information system for medical purpose is continuously growing. This phenomenon is widely known as telemedicine. Indonesia as the largest country in South East Asia has been facing healthcare as its key problem. The equal distribution of healthcare is difficult to achieve due to the geographical condition. Therefore, the need to implement knowledge management (KM) for telemedicine in Indonesia will help Indonesian society obtain medical knowledge simultaneously. The KM model for Telemedicine in Indonesia was derived from SECI model by Nonaka and Takeuchi. The conversion of 2(two) types of knowledge (tacit and explicit knowledge) were becoming the focus point. The research methodology used literature review and forum group discussion (FGD) with medical practitioners. But to improve, it is very difficult. A company often get a problem to achieve a standardization of Information Technology (IT) services. This paper aims to propose an effectiveness and efficiency design of ITSM through capability maturity model integration (CMMI) in an organization to manage IT division. ITSM is affected by the procedure, performance, and capability of IT division. They determine the success level of the Services Level Agreement (SLA) within the organization. We found that local online startup SME professionals were aware of risks that might happened from IT services failure to their business, however, effort to manage the IT services were still minimum. It was due to the company size, as deploying a proper IT service and risk management are not cheap, hence there is no economic value to deploy an end to end IT service and risk management solution. In the other hand, they have never experienced a prolonged IT outage with severe damages. The research problem is effectiveness of community-based e-commerce transaction in facing e-marketplace trend on small and medium enterprise (SME) of online car accessories sales. Objective of the comparison is to determine which is the best customer preference towards promotion and sales about car accessories products in Small and Medium Enterprise (SME)'s in Indonesian e-Tailing market. This research used quantitative method T-test data analysis and the correlation methods to measure visitor access and sale frequency as well as analysis of the consumer data in BST forum and the e-Marketplace as a complement. The analysis showed that visitor access traffic and sales frequency in e-Marketplace is significantly higher than the BST's forum.
