The approach used in this research was a quantitative research, using survey method and regression analysis technique. Its population was the lecturer of Higher Education Institutions of Informatics in Indonesia and 271 lecturers were taken as sample and selected using stratified random sampling. The results of data analysis show that quality management system implemented by the institutions was very good as 4.15 from 5 scales. The most influenced factors were organizational culture and lecturers caring, and there no significant differences between State Higher Educations and the private. 摘要

本研究旨在确定影响高等教育机构实施质量管理进展的主要因素,特别是信息学研究。本研究采用的方法是定量研究,采用调查法和回归分析技术。人口数为印度尼西亚信息学高等教育机构讲师,以271名讲师为样本,采用分层随机抽样的方法选取。数据分析结果表明,各院校质量管理体系实施情况良好,在5个量表中得分为4.15分。组织文化和讲师关怀是影响学生学习表现的主要因素,公立高等教育与私立高等教育的差异不显著。因此,要提高高校尤其是信息学专业的组织能力,培养出高素质的毕业生,必须同时提高质量管理体系的成熟度及其影响因素,如组织文化、讲师关怀、专业素养等。
