People can study whenever and wherever based on their availability and interest. The growth of e-learning in higher education has developed rapidly to accommodate the issue. This paper aimed to find out the key success factors of e-learning in higher education. Systematic Literature Review was conducted to reach the finding. 54 journal articles were examined to gain the result. The examined journal articles were published between 2006 up to 2016. The result showed that there were 17 key critical success factors of e-learning in higher education. The most critical factor was the IT infrastructure or the learning management system (LMS) followed by e-learning tools and e-learning models. The result also revealed that there was a paradigm shifting in learning process from traditional way. An evaluation of blended learning implementation in a university is performed by measuring the satisfaction level of the students in the face-to-face sessions, the independent learning session using online learning, and the overall learning experience with the blended learning environment. Several components have been measured: the content of the online learning, the features, and ease of use of the learning management platform, as well as the interactivity between the students and the lecturer and among the students. On the other side, the investor is an individual or an institution who is able to choose other franchise business in same industry such as culinary sector and also has his certain agenda. By finding factors that determine the increase of intention to purchase franchise business through online marketing, the result are used to build ERHA Model which was proved for education and culinary industry. This research is proved for culinary industry. The research method used in this study was structural equation modelling (SEM) using LISREL application. Model building is based on Theory of Planned Behavior and DeLone and McLean model for information system. The objective is to build a model so-called as ERHA model. The results show the ERHA model variables components, such as: Franchise Advantages and Subjective Norm variables give significant positive impact to Trust to Franchisor. Online produces an effective and efficient learning process. All of them are the benefits generated but not yet fully utilized by the higher education. Data collection techniques were conducted by distributing questionnaires and interviews. Result analysis for model development used Unified Model Language (UML) tool that utilized Use Case Diagram. Learning Management System (LMS) application development to build e-learning application employed open source software MOODLE (Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment) 2.5. Measuring tool to gauge the level of readiness and acceptance of the application of online learning model used Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with 5 constructs that were perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Attitude Toward Using, Behavior Intention to Use, and Actual Usage Behavior. Evert year the crime rate is increasing. One of the method to reduce it is by increase community awareness and increase response time of crime detection. The research objective is to develop an android-based application to monitor the safety of its user while traveling. With this application, user's inner circle can monitor their trip location and status therefore increasing the cautiousness. In addition, user can also find crime spots that will be passed while doing trips and share information to other users about crime spots. The methodology used in this application is data collection method, literature studies, and through questionnaires. The method used to develop the program is Scrum. The result of the development is an android-based application. The approach in building a database and village information system model can be analogous to a large number of villages and using open source softwares. There are many methods in classification and the appropriate method is chosen based on nature of data. This paper focuses on classification of multiple attributes data using discriminant analysis. The research uses Fertility Data Set from UCI Machine Learning Repository with ten attributes of data. The experiment uses several methods of classification to find out the best result of performance. The result shows Quadratic Classifier from discriminant analysis has the best performance of classification around ninety-eight percent with the lowest errors. Despite the importance, there has been little work in the integration of governance, risk and compliance issues with how the business process models are designed and deployed. This paper intends to look at and elaborate the available business process modeling grammars showcasing the integration between risks and controls aspects with business process models. Given that process models were among the artifacts generally found in many system developments, integrating risk and control consideration onto business process models is believed to help analysts and designers to better accommodate the governance dimensions of system development. Selected studies were discussed from a viewpoint of approach of integrating risk elements with business process models.
