During this school education focuses on the development of intellectual intelligence (IQ), which absorbs as much science but not yet touched on emotional intelligence (EQ) and spiritual (SQ). These three potentials should have been integrated in biology learning. Based on the results of research that has been done, the product results are LKPD nuanced ESQ on the cell material for students of grade VII SMP / MTs. Result of validity test with value of 81,37% by validator fulfill valid criterion, Result of validity in terms of feasibility of content, language, presentation and graphics. Then it impacts some misconception on students. Misconception is a situation where the concept that students’ get is different from what experts' mean. The purpose of this research is to know the evaluations' concepts that be misconception by biology' students of Padang state University who has been learning evolution subject and to know the percentage of misconception which had been happened. This research is a desriptive study. Subject of this research is the students of biology of Padang state University who has been learning evolution in second semester in academic year 2016/2017. Sample of this research is all subject that still active in college. Variable of this research is students' misconception toward concpets in evolution material. Instrument of this research is multiple choice test that be equipped with criteria of certainty of response index (CRI) have the form of numeral 1, 2 and 3 which be choosed based on level of conviction of the answer. Analysis of the data used quantitative with count percentage of students have misconception that is students who are choosen flase answer ans index 3 in CRI. The experiment is the best studying activity to develop the student’s skills and processes because involve five approaches. One of the supporting tools used in an experiment is a student’s worksheet as the guidance. Based on this need, the research was conducted to yield the valid and practical experimental student’s worksheet with scientific approach for senior high school student grade X semester 1. This research utilised the 4-D (four-D) development models which are consist of 4 steps; defining, designing, and developing. The defining step including on pre-analysis and post-analysis, students analysis, and assignment analysis. The designing step was conducted to designed the experiment’s worksheet with scientific approach. In the developing step, the validity of worksheet was examined by 5 validator and practicality test by 2 teachers and 31 students grade X of MAN 1 Padang. The primary data obtained from validity and practicality questionnaire were analysed with descriptive analysis. The research was conducted in SMAN 4 padang with the subject of the research of the students of grade X MIA 1 and grade X MIA 5 SMAN 4 Padang and the object in this research is a module prodct containing comprehensive intelligence about the function material for class X SMA/MA. The data is primary data namely the data obtain directly through questionnaire validity and practicality on the subject of research. The object of this research was interactive multimedia based on PowerPoint at fluid preasure material and implementation in life that validated by 5 validators. The results of the analysis show that the ability of science literacy of learners in Padang City was in low category. This is because the learning process has not been fully support to the development of science literacy skills of learners, especially on the development of science learning assessment instrument. This study aims to produce assessment instruments based scientific literacy on digestive system, additives, and addictive substances for SMP. This research used the research development models by Plomp where consisting of three phase, there are preliminary phase, development or prototype (development or prototyping phase), and assessment phase. The subject were 47 students of SMP Negeri 1 Padang and validator consisted of 3 lecturers of FMIPA. This research resulted in scientific literacy assessment on digestive system, additives, and addictive substances for SMP, those are valid for both logical and empiric, practical in the use for students, high reliability, have good distinguisher, and level of difficulty. Based on logical validity, this scientific literacy assessment declared 80.42% valid by experts. Based on empiric validity, this scientific literacy assessment declared 70.69% valid. SMA Negeri 12 Padang as the school organizer of Kurikulum 2013 when observation is found non-conformity such as learning conducted is teacher centered, construction of knowledge is less conceptualized in the students. This research is an experimental research with Non-Equivalent Posttest Group Only Design. The study population is the students of class XI MIA SMA Negeri 12 Padang 2017/2018 academic year which spread into four classes. Sampling research using purposive sampling. The results were selected class XI MIA 3 as experimental class and class XI MIA 1 as a control class. The result of t test is known that the knowledge competence of tcount > ttable (2,67 > 1,67), attitude competence tcount > ttable (learning activity: 4,67 > 1,67 and practicum activity: 2,15 > 1,67) , then competence of skill tcount > ttable (2,07 > 1,67). It is known that the hypothesis is accepted. The data collection instrument uses self evaluation questionnaire, validity questionnaire, one to one evaluation questionnaire, small group evaluation questionnaire, field test questionnaire and questionnaire of practice. The developed product is validated by 2 lecturers of biology and 1 biology teacher of SMAN 1 Bukit Sundi Kabupaten Solok, while for practicality done by 21 students of SMAN 1 Bukit Sundi.
