This has led to the staging of Balinese shadow puppets not only as a spectacle but also as a guide for the community. Wayang offers a very interesting educational method, because it teaches the values of religious and ethical teachings, as well as the values of life that should be captured by the audience through the play as well as the characters as role models. Like the play Dewa Ruci in the shadow puppet show. This play illustrates the spiritual journey of the Bima character who attains the level of inner and outer chastity. That is why humans are called the animal educandum and animal educandus at the same time as educated creatures and educational creatures. In other words, humans are creatures who are always involved in the process of education, both those done to others and to themselves. Weak character in the Indonesian people by fighting bad characters. The mental revolution in the nation consists of 18 characters that must be resisted, namely negative thinking, delaying work, not focusing, lacking in confidence, always pessimistic, lazy, ignorant, easy to give up, greedy, selfish, wasteful, dishonest, anti-change, avoid responsibility, lack commitment, underestimate quality, feudal and hypocritical. Because this condition is background of the birth in character education consisting of 18 characters contained in the Indonesian nation's education, namely: religious, honest, tolerant, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, democratic, curiosity, national spirit, love for the country, respect for achievement, friendly / communicative, peace-loving, fond of reading, caring for the environment, social care, and responsibility (Jurnal kalangwan, Vol. 6, No. 1, Maret 2016:82). Character education has the same essence and meaning as moral education and noble moral education. The aim is to shape the child's personality so that they become better human beings, good citizens and citizens. Entering the millennial era, various changes occurred very rapidly. The main characteristic of the change that is happening in this millennial era is the rapid cultural change, so that the impact of educational institutions is doubtful, so that character education is not sufficiently taught within the school environment, but more importantly to be taught in the family environment because the family environment is the first and foremost child learning place. As well as character education can be made through a good community environment. Because of character development, it is influenced by the community environment where they live and play. The influence of society is very influential in association in the current millennial era. Because of new trends and new understandings adopted from westernization and globalization. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan karena melihat prestasi siswa Kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Peguyangan dalam mata pelajaran IPA sampai tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 masih belum baik walaupun ditetapkan standar kelulusan dengan nilai minimal 4,01, terbukti masih banyak siswa yang belum lulus sehingga diadakan ujian ulangan. Hasil supervisi guru SD Negeri 2 Peguyangan tanggal 1 Agustus 2018 masih ditemukan adanya guru yang belum maksimal dan masih dilihat lemahnya kualitas pengajaran guru. Bertitik tolak dan hasil-hasil penelitian yang menggambarkan kondisi di SD Negeri 2 Peguyangan, yaitu dimana masih lemahnya kualitas pengajaran guru, kualitas supervisi pengajaran kepala sekolah, sehingga berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan uraian di atas juga tampak bahwa hasil belajar dipengaruhi oleh kualitas supervisi pengajaran kepala sekolah dan kualitas pengajaran guru. Untuk itu perlu kiranya dikaji tentang “Model Pendekatan Supervisi untuk Meningkatkan Kualitas Pengajaran Guru-guru pada SD Negeri 2 Peguyangan Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019”. Kualitas pengajaran guru dalam penelitian ini difokuskan pada kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan model kooperatif tipe STAD pada kurikulum2013. This research was descriptive. The population of this research was the student’s answer sheet on their final exam semester of Mapel SD Matematika 1 subject. The sampling technique use was saturation sampling. The data research was descriptive analyzed. The formation of Indonesia’s Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is one of the real actions of preventing corruption in a holistic manner, both preventively and curatively. Considering the vast territory of Indonesia and the large population, the emergence consistency of corruption cases is an indicator of the powerless of Indonesia’s Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) to stem this problem independently. This Commission needs support. Families, schools, and societies as frontlines in forming high quality individuals who are not having legal defect in the acts of corruption, are tremendous assets and weapon whose role needs to be maximized in various lines of combating corruption. Schools, for example, this place is the first capital in forming anti-corruption generation through the implementation of flagship programs related to the outage of corruption guerrilla which increasingly rampant recently. Specifically, the primary school is the most important force, because in this place, the children transitional period between the early age to teenager are getting the forging of character formation that covers all aspects, not only the improvement of cognitive side. Planting positive personality through a series of anti-corruption activities should be integrated in various subjects that are packaged in such a way that is interesting to be accepted by students. This is an activity that can no longer be delayed for its implementation. Moreover, the students are given the opportunity to develop their knowledge and logical reasoning on the various dimensions of anti-corruption, because the essential characteristics of anti-corruption education are the synergy between the use of information and knowledge with the ability to make moral judgments. If all parties are actively involved in its application, then it will be an investment program of long-term corruption prevention actions.
