Jenis pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, yang menghasilkan data berupa deskriptif. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 2 data yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu mengunakan teknik observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru kelas III. Hasil observasi menunjukan beberapa upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru kelas III dalam menumbuhkan sikap disiplin yaitu pembuatan peraturan kelas, pembuatan jadwal piket kelas dan pemberian nilai tambah bagi siswa yang memiliki sikap disiplin. Selain itu guru juga memberikan reward beserta motivasi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa kelas III. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru membuat siswa memiliki sikap disiplin. Disleksia bukanlah sebuah penyakit sehingga tidak ada obatnya, karena siswa disleksia hanya membutuhkan bimbingan dan perhatian khusus. Siswa-siswa disleksia bukanlah siswa yang bodoh, mereka hanya anak-anak unik memiliki caranya sendiri untuk menerima pembelajaran. Masyarakat luas di Indonesia belum banyak yang mengetahui tentang disleksia, jadi anak-anak yang tidak bisa membaca dan menulis hingga usia yang normal dianggap sebagai anak-anak yang bodoh atau malas. Padahal jika dilihat, anak-anak disleksia secara penampilan memiliki fisik yang sama persis dengan anak-anak normal seperti pada umumnya. Guru sebaiknya mendampingi siswa dalam melatih siswa mengenal tulisan dan bacaan, sehingga motivasi belajar siswa akan tumbuh terutama diawali di tingkat Sekolah Dasar. Contohnya dapat dilakukan dengan membacakan cerita yang menarik, menulisi di papan agar siswa dapat menyalin, menyediakan buku-buku bacaan bergambar dan tidak lupa lebih sering memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa disleksia untuk tampil di depan kelas untuk menambah motivasinya terutama dalam pembelajaran. Proses interaksi ini diarahkan untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditentukan, misalkan yang berhubungan dengan tujuan perkembangan kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorTercapainya perkembangan secara kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor sangat memerlukan keterampilan dasar sebagai keterampilan standar yang harus dimiliki setiap individu yang berprofesi sebagai guru. Keterampilan itulah yang sepintas dapat membedakan mana guru yang profesional dan mana yang bukan guru. Sama halnya dengan keterampilan seorang dokter dalam menggunakan alat suntik, atau seorang ahli bedah menggunakan pisau bedahnya. Sulit kita mengatakan bahwa ia seorang dokter, kalau ternyata tidak bisa menggunakan alat suntik, atau tidak bisa menulis resep. Keterampilan-keterampilan tersebut adalah keterampilan yang melekat pada profesinya sebagai hasil dari proses pendidikan yang diselenggarakan oleh lembaga pendidikan tertentu.Dikaitkan dengan pembelajaran dalam konteks Kurikulum Berbasis Kompetensi, keterampilan dasar ini sangat penting untuk dikuasai oleh guru, kalau saat sekarang diberlakukan adalah kurikulum (K 13). Sebab strategi dan model pembelajaran apa pun yang digunakan efektivitasnya sangat ditentukan oleh keterampilan guru dalam pengelolaan proses pembelajaran. Metode pengumpulan datanya adalah tes prestasi belajar dengan metode analisis datanya adalah deskriptif kuantitatif karena data yang diperoleh masih berbentuk angka. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini dapat dijabarkan sebagai berikut: untuk data awal 63,5 data siklus I terjadi peningkatan 66,73 dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 80,19. Untuk itu dalam menunjang kegiatan guru diperlukan iklim sekolah yang kondusif dan hubungan yang baik antar unsur-unsur yang ada di sekolah antara lain kepala sekolah, guru, tenaga administrasi dan siswa. Kinerja guru (performance) merupakan hasil yang dicapai oleh guru dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugas yang dibebankan kepadanya yang didasarkan atas kecakapan, pengalaman dan kesungguhan serta penggunaan waktu. Upaya-upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja itu biasanya dilakukan dengan cara memberikan motivasi.Motivasi merupakan suatu kekuatan potensial yang ada pada diri seseorang manusia, yang dapat dikembangkannya sendiri, atau dikembangkan oleh sejumlah kekuatan luar yang pada intinya sekitar imbalan moneter, dan imbalan nonmoneter, yang dapat mempengaruhi hasil kinerjanya secara positif atau negatif, hal mana tergantung pada situasi dan kondisi yang dihadapi orang yang bersangkutan. Motivasi bukan timbul dari dalam diri manusia saja, melainkan juga dari kekuatan-kekuatan linkungan yang mempengaruhi individu untuk melakukan sesuatu berdasarkan/tujuan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya untuk dicapai. Motivasi mempersoalkan bagaimana caranya gairah kerja guru, agar guru mau bekerja keras dengan menyumbangkan segenap kemampuan, pikiran, keterampilan untuk mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan. This study uses a descriptive caulative approach and the type in this study is phenomonology. The place of this research is SD Negeri 55 / I Sridadi, Muara Bulian with the subject of the research being the principal, teachers and students. Data collected using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that in SD Negeri 55 / I Sridadi, Muara Bulian, Kab. Batang Hari, Jambi Province shows that in the environmental care movement at the school, it is carried out through programs, such as the Sagu Sapo program and programs that require every morning to do a picket cleaning the environment at school. This program is not only carried out by students but teachers and principals also play a role in this. And there are sanctions for students or teachers who do not carry out their picket assignments. In developing the competency of beginner-level writing for students of early grade in elementary school, a fun method must be used so that children can participate in activities well and without feeling depressed. One of the methods is known as edutainment. Edutainment is a combination of educational content that is presented with entertainment which aims at stimulating children to learn beginner-level writing through fun and interesting activities. Learning beginner-level writing with edutainment methods can be done with a variety of games, role playing activities or involvement of attractive learning media.
