Shved","doi":"10.17759/LANGT.2019060116","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.17759/LANGT.2019060116","url":null,"abstract":"The article researches the semantic meanings of the Crimean Tatar Future-Past Tense ending in джакъ эди, as well as determines the English language verb forms that carry equivalent meanings. The research is based on the analysis of literature written by seventy-five Crimean Tatar authors. The research allows to make a conclusion that the tense ending in -джакъ эди has three main semantic meanings: unrealized intent, relaying of information about a past intention without clarifying whether it was completed, past agreement or plan to carry out an action, and also a separate case involving the construction with аз къалды. Today's mindset is different: it can be compared with a two-sided medal. One side of it is the extreme subjectivity that differs significantly from the subjectivity of the sophist Protagoras who was searching for what was useful to the city through a general discussion of individual ideas on the utility. Modern subjectivists, however, do not want to discuss anything: they are only interested in what they can see, and not what others can. But most importantly, they see no point in the discussion itself: that is what brings it together with today’s nihilism. On the contrary, we cannot say that the sophist Gorgias had nothing left after the denial of Arche: words withstood, open to common view again, and they were beautiful and useful. The other side of the modern mindset is the extreme abstractionism when concepts turn out to be very distant and conceptual. However, the modern passion for visualization might potentially prove to be a productive way to a new revelation of the deepest dialectics of the visible and the invisible in both didactics and science. The antique trust in the word is also the belief in the fact that the word can show and indicate to everyone a path to and a hope for the common happiness. The purpose of the study: to determine whether the expression from clause X of the specified contract means \"Termination of the contract is possible if the Lessee significantly violates the terms of this Agreement and by a court decision\" termination of the contract if two conditions of \"material violation\" and \"court decision\" or one of the above conditions are met. To achieve this goal, a number of practical tasks have been solved related to the description of the lexico-grammatical compatibility of the word \"perhaps\" and the compositional union \"and\", taking into account the lexical and semantic, syntactic and functional features of the constructs of the sentence under consideration. Kigel","doi":"10.17759/langt.2022090208","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.17759/langt.2022090208","url":null,"abstract":"The problem studied in the article is relevant and important for the Russian and foreign scientific community since color Hebrew idioms have not yet been described against the background of numerous similar studies in other languages and the comparison of idioms with the lexeme yellow/желтый/ צהוב (further YIS) didn’t do still. The material of the work was about 140 yellow idioms: about 70 English, 40 Russian, and 30 Hebrew. They were collected from trilingual electronic lexical, phraseological dictionaries, and Internet searches and analyzed with qualitative and quantitative contextual-functional, semantic and cultural-linguistic analysis within the lingua culturological approach. The article proposes the following YIS classification based on microsystems consisting of meaning associative chains with logically and semantically related relations that cover physical and mental characteristics, and a large number of human activity areas and allows the inclusion of new YIS in the future: 1. Object optical color.1.1 Nature. Natural Phenomena, Physical Objects - Geography; Fauna; Body - skin color; Reference color. 1.2 Human activity. Reference Color; Food; Medicine - Medicines; Sports; Information - Traffic signals - Alerts; Terrorism; Employment; Vote; 1.3 Moral and ethical issues. Sensation; Bribe. Unique YIS, enriching the linguistic picture of the world, in English related, in particular, to such topics as Cowardice, Goal Achievement Strategy, and in Russian - Acquisitiveness, Inexperience. In the 21st century, YIS are of great importance in road signs and danger warnings in medicine, meteorology, and civil and defense fields. Design. Art) more than 130 participants from 10 regions of Russia and from 4 countries. The participants focused on topical issues of the methodology of philological research, problems of terminology and tasks of interdisciplinary research. The presented reports reflect the whole range of topical humanitarian research. The range of issues discussed is varied. Domrachev","doi":"10.17759/langt.2022090402","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.17759/langt.2022090402","url":null,"abstract":"The article is devoted to analysis of the case, when in 1683 the Ambassadorial Chancellery granted to Lithuanian nobleman Augustin Pohoży-Konstantynowicz the tsar’s diploma, confirming a departure of his antecessor to Lithuania as a courter of grand princess Elena Ivanovna. The emergence of the legend about the origin of Pohoży-Konstantynowicz was linked with fashion on Muscowy-related genealogies, which had spread among new Lithuanian establishment at the middle of 17th century, especially among Oginski, who were patrons of Pohoży-Konstantynowicz. The interest of Konstantynowicz in grand princess Elena Ivanovna’s court was linked to his close contacts with Moscowite diplomats. The role of Konstantynowicz in the organization of contacts between prince Vasiliy V. Golitsyn and prince Marcian A.
