In this context the health executive training institute of Rouen has taken up the challenge of experimenting with a managerial simulation session with the modalities of the inverted class. The hot evaluation was positive. This experience questions the contours of the simulation and flipped classroom. Tirant parti de multiples innovations complementaires, ce projet nous sert d’etude de cas en vue d’acquerir une comprehension plus generale du deroulement des transitions technologiques dans un cadre pedagogique et, plus particulierement, dans l’enseignement en sciences et en genie. Nous examinons le cycle de vie complet d’un projet de changement technologique, y compris l’evaluation des defis a plus long terme tels que l’acquisition de nouvelles competences par le personnel enseignant et de soutien, et la necessite pour les etablissements d’enseignement participants d’investir dans l’equipement.
