In this context the health executive training institute of Rouen has taken up the challenge of experimenting with a managerial simulation session with the modalities of the inverted class. The hot evaluation was positive. This experience questions the contours of the simulation and flipped classroom. In a context of imposed physical distancing, digital technology offers the possibility of rethinking the concept of presence. 1.
