The content analysis that we applied to this data reveals WhatsApp as a remote learning device that facilitates the completion of educational tasks. Results indicate that online courses provide greater flexibility and autonomy in terms of time management. In this respect, it is essential that the pedagogical tools used be organized effectively and that the students be provided with ongoing support. The representations of 83 students enrolled in the introductory course on the uses of digital technology in education were collected by means of a questionnaire consisting of open and multiple-choice questions. These representations, after being analyzed, were compared with the definition and typology of added value previously established (Noben et Denis, 2019, sous presse). Observations focus on students’ self-direction, both in a general learning context and in the specific context of entrepreneurship, and are based on measurements carried out according to a pre- and post-test protocol. Results suggest that the level of self-direction in a general learning context increased, but to a lesser extent than in the entrepreneurship field. Cette étude mixte vise à documenter leurs perceptions à l’égard de ces outils en s’appuyant sur les modèles d’acceptation de la technologie TAM ( Technology Acceptance Model ), TAM2 et TAM3. Les résultats montrent que la perception d’utilité et ses déterminants sont les principaux facteurs qui justifient l’usage. Des analyses factorielles Abstract Management learners’ difficulties in complex problems solving (CPS) justify the relevance of designing digital scaffolds (DS) to assist them during their process. This mixed-methods study aims to document their perceptions of these tools using the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model), TAM2 and TAM3 models. The results show that perceived usefulness and its determinants are the main factors that justify using them. Factor analyses suggest a link between the value given and its perceived usefulness, which could be explained by an expectation-value model. Comment cette situation at -elle affecte les pratiques professionnelles des enseignants? Notre analyse revele un ensemble de modifications pedagogiques et didactiques en lien avec la conception de cours et l'encadrement des etudiants.
