Dovgotko","doi":"10.24923/2222-243x.2022-44.16","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.24923/2222-243x.2022-44.16","url":null,"abstract":"The article shows that the basis of the development paradigm of the national agro-food system should be the Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) and the ESG concept (E – environment, S – society and G – corporate governance). The purpose of the study is to reveal the essence, factors and specifics of ESG as a direction for transforming agribusiness strategies to achieve targets and sustainable development. The idea that the movement of Russian agribusiness in the direction of ESG is becoming an objective necessity for its further development is substantiated. A modified author's model of the organizational and economic mechanism for achieving the SDGs is presented, taking into account ESG factors. A successful example of ESG – the practice of the Russian agricultural holding \"Rusagro\" is considered. The scientific novelty lies in the identification of the main directions of ESG – the transformation of Russian agribusiness in the context of achieving sustainable development. Based on the results of the study, a number of key areas for the ESG transformation of the business models of companies in the agro-food sector were identified, including the integration of ESG factors into corporate governance, the creation of an effective system for disclosing information on the accounting of ESG factors in the activities of companies and their contribution to the achievement of the SDGs, implementation of business projects on the taxonomy of sustainable activities and projects that directly contribute to the achievement of the SDGs. Our recommendations expand the methodological, informational, and organizational possibilities of risk management in the system of ensuring the economic security of an enterprise. The scientific novelty consists in the assessment of the situational capabilities of the risk management information system based on the development of working situational structured charts of accounts. As a result, the system of derivative balances of integrated and situational risks makes it possible to evaluate the current risk situation and the prospects for its development, to compare the current risk situation and the capabilities of the organization's reserve system to determine the real safety level. Scientific novelty lies in the substantiation of the pedagogical possibilities of training in the development of social intelligence among students. It has been established that training contributes to self-correction and self-knowledge of the individual, the development of communicative flexibility and competence, and the prevention of emotional burnout of social work specialists. The results of the study are the characteristics of the training for the development of social intelligence in future bachelors of social work. It included five main areas of work with students: 1) development of communicative competence; 2) overcoming social fears and barriers; 3) formation of positive thinking; 4) development of adequate self-esteem; 5) the formation of confidence in conflicts. The effectiveness of the training was proved by the results of the control diagnostics, which showed a significant change in the levels of social intelligence in the students of the experimental group compared to the control group. Within the framework of this publication, the purpose of the study is to determine the conceptual foundations for the formation of socio-political competence among students of pedagogical specialties. The scientific novelty lies in the attempt made by the authors to answer the research question posed in the article, which is related to the substantiation of the conceptual foundations for the formation of socio-political competence among students of pedagogical specialties. The assessment of the reliability of the presented results is based on an integrative approach, on the methods of analysis and synthesis of scientific literature. A comparative analysis of foreign experience in the formation of socio-political competence of students shows that the problem under study has not been sufficiently developed. According to the results of the study, the components of the socio-political competence of students of pedagogical specialties are substantiated, and the existing foreign concepts of the formation of socio-political competence are analyzed.
