The result of the study is a description of the organization of educational, gaming and professional activities aimed at developing personal qualities, multi-aspect knowledge and professional competencies of students. Because even the most effective institutions at certain stages of economic growth become unacceptable in a situation with a stagnating pace of economic dynamics, there is a need for the state to form a structure of formal institutions that can reduce the area of distribution of informal institutions. The scientific novelty lies in the substantiation of a new political and economic approach to solving the problem of implementing a public choice based on national specifics, predetermined by economic, political and social circumstances. As a result, it was revealed that young people have a high potential for socio-political activity, manifested mainly in social volunteering and forms of network participation. The German thinker developed the doctrine of emotional-sensory apriorism, through which in contemplation the self-givenness of phenomena is \"caught\", and in experience the realization of essential relations is carried out. His axiology is a complex hierarchical system with vertical and horizontal connections, where four levels of \"value modalities\" are distinguished: sensory, vital, spiritual, sacred values. Being objective and universally significant phenomena, they prescribe rules and norms, assessments and obligations. Political and moral behavior is derived by Scheler from the highest destiny of man – to implement objective values in the world, independent of the subjectivity and arbitrariness of people. Politics is the desire for power, consciously directed and controlled by ideas and values. It obeys the order of values that is characteristic of a people in a certain historical situation. Political and moral behavior are mutually exclusive. Politics deals with the vital values of the state and the people, and not with individual happiness. Its priorities are the vital existence of the whole and its freedom. The state is the common will of the cultural totality of the nation's personalities, founded in their actions, but existing independently. Its main task is to ensure the development of a specific culture of the society with the help of the authorities on the basis of general legal norms. Scientific novelty lies in identifying the most effective methods and forms of work with future specialists in the field of diplomacy in the process of teaching the scientific style of a foreign language. The article analyzes the categories of quality of life, its structure and parameters, unemployment as a factor affecting society. Attention is focused on the study of the main directions of stimulating the quality of life and reducing unemployment in the United States and in the eurozone countries. The scientific novelty lies in the use of the author's methodology for assessing unemployment and substantiating the need to apply active rather than passive policies in the field of regulating unemployment and improving the quality of life. To obtain a reliable forecast of profitability ratios for making managerial decisions, the dependences of the following values over time with an interval of two to twelve months were identified: the relationship between the law of price change and total revenue, costs, current and total profit; a model for determining the expediency of price changes is proposed. But to realize this without research skills is almost impossible. And any skills need diagnostics. The purpose of the study is to determine the features of the research activity of students and methods for diagnosing research skills in the course of mathematical disciplines. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that the author proposes a diagnostic level model of the formation of research skills of college students in the framework of teaching mathematics.
