{"title":"Optimization of the tariff on automobile passenger transportation to suburban united","authors":"L. The essence and role of legislative and normative documents of Ukraine in the field of passenger transportation are revealed. The main factors influencing the pricing process in road transport are analyzed, in particular, the justification of the value of passenger transportation tariffs. The role of the state in the regulation of the cost of passenger transportation services is shown and the conditions of their organization are considered. Based on the analysis of the results of inspections of state authorities, it was established that in Ukraine \"free\" tariffs for passenger transportation services are formed, which enables business entities to regulate prices for this kind of services. Practical calculations have shown that the planned cost of services is one of the most important indicators that affects the pricing of passenger fares in road transport. The mechanism of determining the economically justified tariff for bus travel in suburban traffic has been improved in order to optimize the pricing process in the transport service system. This leads to the need to restructure the stereotypes of transport operation and the rapid introduction of modern technologies in the activities of motor transport enterprises in order to increase the economic efficiency of their operation. The article is devoted to the research of ways to increase the economic efficiency of the functioning of motor transport enterprises of Ternopil region in the segment of international road transport. A comprehensive analysis of the activities of international freight carriers registered in the Ternopil region, which revealed the key factors influencing the efficiency of their operation in the modern economy. According to the results of the survey of international carriers of Ternopil region, the factors influencing the efficiency of transportation were selected and structured, divided into external and internal, and they, in turn, were divided into positive and negative. The algorithm of economically justified choice of strategy of the motor transport enterprise, considering its current economic condition is made. It is recommended during the substantiation to use an enlarged set of mathematical models for determining the criterion of efficiency, in accordance with the current economic condition of the trucking company. The expediency of forming a database of methodological approaches and models for determining the economic efficiency of transportation, in particular in international traffic, is determined. Features of the business environment in a knowledge economy are the development and diffusion of innovations. Doing business internationalization requires the appropriate institutions development, depending on environmental factors, that may have different functions and use a wide range of government support tools. The world top economies built national strategies to ensure the internationalization of business processes. It is determined that state institutions can use a wide range of internationalization promoting tools. In particular: clustering policies for stimulating the development of the environment conducive to innovation as a source of competitiveness in international markets; development of the country's business environment aimed at attracting foreign venture capital to finance startups; creating conditions for increasing the number of the country business residents by removing entry barriers, including stimulating the development of e-commerce; promoting networking between national and international businesses. Clusters are considered to be the accelerators of economic cooperation for innovative product promotion. These are the focus of the world's leading countries policies (EU, Japan, and South Korea). The combination within the Finnish clusters of SMEs and TNCs allows accelerating the processes of business internationalization in the knowledge economy. The national institutional sector of most EU countries consists of ministries, GO or NGO, whose jurisdiction includes stimulating the development of innovative firms and foreign economic activity. In economies with a high level of protectionism (Japan, China, South Korea), a significant role passes to the state ministries, which have developed a wide range of tools for the state strategic priorities implementation. Effective practical use of participatory democracy depends on the legal framework, the government's willingness to cooperate, as well as the competence and willingness to engage with civil society activists and the proper development of civil society institutions that contribute to democratization and development of Ukrainian society. The levels of citizen-government interaction including an informational, informational-consultative, mutual participation have been expanded by singling out the constant dialogue and mutual participation, public control and e-democracy. The citizens’ appeals, electronic petitions, public hearings, meetings of citizens at the place of residence, local initiatives, local referendum, advisory bodies, self-organization bodies, public discussions and public expertise as the forms of participatory democracy have been described in the article. The differences between the forms of participatory democracy in terms of the order of their preparation, implementation and legal consequences have been indicated. The role of public participation in the budget process has been determined and the participation budget was singled out as a tool of the community for better understanding of local budget and forming their own projects. J Eysenck are presented in the article. Hans Jürgen Eysenck was a German-born British psychologist creator of the factor theory of personality and author of a popular test to determine the level of intelligence. The personal questionnaire is designed to diagnose extraversion, introversion and determine the level of neuropsychological lability. Based on these data, the dominant type of temperament, predisposition to neurosis or psychosis is determined. The leading type of activity which is individually suitable for the person is defined, predicts velocity of social adaptation. The author rethought the terms introversion and extraversion, combined their pronounced indicators with neuroticism and thus identified the types of temperament. According to the results we can determine the level of neuro - mental instability of persons. This methodology is approved for use by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Research Center for Humanitarian Problems of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, main department of educational and social - psychological work of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The methodology is selected by military psychologists, and can be used to diagnose long-term psychological readiness of conscripts, to activities as part of peacekeeping units. It can be used in the work of specialists in educational and socio - psychological work, related to the training of conscripts for military service. The results of the method are taken into account when compiling a psychological portrait of the individual, on the basis of which further individual work is built and recommendations are given to commanders (captain). The advantages of using blockchain technology in the process of supply chain management are analyzed. The main world trends on this issue are considered. The essence of blockchain technology, practice and prospects of its application in the field of transport and logistics services and areas of activity are revealed. Examples of the use of blockchain technology by leading companies are given. The subject of research is the organizational and technological mechanism of interaction of business entities in the process of implementation and application of blockchain technology in supply chain management. It is shown that the integration of key business processes in supply chains today requires adequate information support, which can be provided by blockchain technology by ensuring transparency and traceability of current information, intelligent software and access to the cloud information system and allows the logistics facility to make independent decisions on current logistics operations and the choice of transportation route. It is determined that the blockchain will simplify the procedure of state administration of the supply chain and promote the implementation of state policy aimed at reducing the level of counterfeit products and improving the quality of goods entering the retail network, which directly affects the socio-economic development of regions.
