Media is seen as one of the factors that can improve the learning process because the media has strategic roles and functions that can directly or indirectly affect the motivation, interests, and attention of students. The function of multimedia in learning is to overcome the limitations of students’ experiences, be able to transcend classroom boundaries, enable direct interaction between students and their environment, produce uniform observations, instill the basic concepts that are true, concrete, and realistic. Multimedia can arouse new desires and interests and arouse students’ motivation to learn and provide an integral or comprehensive experience from the concrete to the abstract. Mamasa Prov, Sul-Bar; To find out how to learn student achievement in SMA Negeri 1 Mamasa Kab. Mamasa Prov, Sul-Bar; To find out the motivation to learn teachers about student learning achievement in SMA Negeri 1 Mamasa Kab. Mamasa Prov, Sul-Bar. The population of the study consisted of all teachers in the field of 40 succession studies in SMA Negeri 1 Mamasa Kab. Mamasa Prov, Sul-Bar. The entire population was used as the total sampling in this study. Data were analyzed using simple regression. Research Results encourage (1) An overview of teacher motivation in SMA Negeri 1 Mamasa Kab. Mamasa Prov, Sul-bar shows that the teacher motivation index scores obtained were 87.46% or included in the category of excellent teacher motivation (2) An overview of students' learning achievements in SMA Negeri 1 Mamasa, Kab. Mamasa Prov, Sul-bar shows that the value of students' learning achievement of 88.63% is included in the category of good student learning achievement (3) Motivation of teachers against student achievement in SMA Negeri 1 Mamasa, Kab. Mamasa Prov, Sul-Bar, this is evidenced by the significance value of 0.08 smaller when compared to α at the 0.05 significance level. The implications of research research that contains suggestions in this study are based on research findings that produce a R Square value of 0, 17 shows the ability of the independent variable in explaining the devendent variable of 17.0% is accepted at 83.0% requested by other variables not discussed in this study. This means that the teacher's motivation variable has little effect on students' learning achievement. This research is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires to 44 students. This study used a simple linear regression analysis method to determine the effect of learning motivation on student learning achievement, and correlation coefficient to measure the relationship between one variable and another variable. This paper focuseses on nativism, empiricism, and convergence in understanding students. The flow of nativism holds that the development of students is determined from birth. This stream believes that human development is determined by its defenders. Environmental factors have less influence on children's education and development. Therefore, the results of education are determined by birth-born talent. The flow of empiricism assumes that children born into the world are like white paper. White paper will have patterns and writing that are scratched by the environment. Educators as external factors play a very important role, because educators provide an educational environment for children, and children will receive education as experience. The research was conducted at AMIK Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar by taking a sample of 78 people from 369 population populations using calculations using Slovin formula. The method used is the survey method and data collection carried out through observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale as a measuring device. The sampling technique using purposive sampling is a sampling technique of data sources with certain considerations, the analytical technique used is multiple lenier analysis techniques. In analyzing the data used several descriptive analysis techniques to determine the distribution of respondents' answers to the overall concept being measured, quantitative analysis using numbers and calculations with statistical methods. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of intellectual ability on teacher performance, to determine the effect of work motivation on teacher performance, to determine the effect of intellectual ability and work motivation on teacher performance. With multiple linear regression analysis techniques obtained the following research results. Intellectual ability and motivation variables simultaneously have positive and significant effect on teacher performance with Fcount> Ftable (17.906> 3,350). Partial intellectual ability variable has positive and significant effect on teacher performance, with tcount> ttable (2,339> 2,042). Partial motivation variable has positive and significant effect on teacher performance with tcount> ttable (5,552> 2,042). This study uses qualitative methods and phenomenological, pedagogical, sociological and psychological approaches. To obtain data, the author have interviews, observation, documentation and triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation 1 Makassar has been well implemented which takes the form of the of organizational culture in improving administration services at MAN application of a culture of discipline and cooperation that refers to the values of social relations and good communication among personal peers who have been determined to achieve aim. Efforts to improve administrative services observed at MAN 1 Makassar have demonstrated their quality, one of which is to prove harmoniously a relationship between fellow personalities, from students, employees, teachers, and principals, which can be realized in the form of cooperation, both in nature structural and cultural.
