This research was conducted with explanatory research and quantitative approaches.The location of this study was in the Surabaya Military Health Unit. The results of this study explain the quality of services and health facilities have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction in the polyclinic at Surabaya Military Health Unit. The waiting time has a negative and significant effect on patient satisfaction in the polyclinic Surabaya Military Health Unit.The quality of services, health facilities, and waiting times simultaneously had a significant effect on patient satisfaction in the polyclinic Surabaya Military Health Unit. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Tongas Probolinggo in 2020. The results of the study concluded that the academic supervision implementation system for the Principal of SMA Negeri 1 Tongas Probolinggo has formed a team of supervisors or a Teacher Performance Assessment Team. The Principal has planned an academic supervision program, requested a report from the supervisor, and followed up on the results of the supervision as appropriate. The teaching quality of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Tongas Probolinggo has improved in terms of administration and process. The implementation of continuous and well-programmed supervision has a major role in improving the quality of teacher teaching. Mulyani","doi":"10.37504/map.v6i2.541","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.37504/map.v6i2.541","url":null,"abstract":"This study aims to find out the policy evaluation of Probolinggo Mayor Regulation Number 9 of 2021 concerning the System and Procedures for Admission of Students in Probolinggo City (the case of student acceptance through a special selection for SMP Negeri 10 Probolinggo City). The approach used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data collection methods consisting of observation, documentation, and interviews. The implementation of the policy of Probolinggo Mayor Regulation Number 9 of 2021 concerning the System and Procedures for Admission of Students in Probolinggo City is not effective because there are implementations of policies that are not in accordance with the expectations of policy making. Policy implementation is quite efficient because the efforts made by policy makers and implementers, in this case SMP Negeri 10 Probolinggo, have been optimal. The positive impact is as a learning from the Probolinggo City Government regarding the implementation of student admissions through special selection, while the negative impact is the existence of strong protests from a number of people which are contained in various mass media. In addition to knowing the effectiveness of the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance program for the poor affected by Covid 19 in Krucil Village, Krucil District, Probolinggo Regency. The type of research used is a type of qualitative research. The research approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The government has designed various new policies in order to suppress the spread and deal with this virus. Among them is Law Number 2 of 2020 concerning the Stipulation of Government Regulations in Lieu of Law Number 1 of 2020 concerning State Financial Policy and Financial System Stability for Handling the Corona Virus Disease (Covid 19) Pandemic. The design of this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the research show that the implementation of Probolinggo Regent Regulation Number 45 of 2021 in Probolinggo Regency has been going quite well, with the implementation of programs/activities/sub-activities in the affairs of housing PSU management in Probolinggo Regency and there has been an increase in the handover of housing PSU at the end of 2021 in a total of seven PSU areas as well as plans to hand over 18 housing PSUs in 2022. The focus of the research refers to the application of Perwali Probolinggo number 107 of 2021 in the context of improving online-based public services in the Triwung Lor Village, Probolinggo City. In data collection techniques when the research was carried out by making observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of research on the application of Perwali Probolinggo number 107 of 2021 have been successfully implemented or have been effective so that they can help problems in reducing discrimination and uncertainty regarding the service time required by the applicant. Supporting factors in this study consist of the nature of the cooperation in which all parties are said to be assembling productively and the availability of human resources who have the ability, commitment to manage its implementation.
