This study used descriptive qualitative method. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Tongas Probolinggo in 2020. The results of the study concluded that the academic supervision implementation system for the Principal of SMA Negeri 1 Tongas Probolinggo has formed a team of supervisors or a Teacher Performance Assessment Team. The Principal has planned an academic supervision program, requested a report from the supervisor, and followed up on the results of the supervision as appropriate. The teaching quality of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Tongas Probolinggo has improved in terms of administration and process. The implementation of continuous and well-programmed supervision has a major role in improving the quality of teacher teaching. 摘要
本研究旨在分析通过SMA Negeri 1 Tongas Probolinggo校长的学术监督来提高教师教学质量的努力。本研究采用描述性定性方法。该研究于2020年在SMA Negeri 1 Tongas Probolinggo进行。研究结果表明,SMA Negeri 1 Tongas Probolinggo校长的学术监督实施系统已经形成了一个导师团队或教师绩效评估团队。校长制定了一项学术监督计划,要求导师提交一份报告,并酌情跟进监督结果。在管理和流程方面,SMA Negeri 1 Tongas Probolinggo教师的教学质量得到了改善。实施持续的、有计划的监督对提高教师教学质量具有重要作用。支持SMA Negeri 1 Tongas Probolinggo校长学术监督的因素是校长的高度专业性,导师(PKG团队成员)的高能力,教师平均准备好接受校长的监督。
