The results of research on the application of Perwali Probolinggo number 107 of 2021 have been successfully implemented or have been effective so that they can help problems in reducing discrimination and uncertainty regarding the service time required by the applicant. Abstract

The research aims to describe the effectiveness of implementing Probolinggo regulation number 107 of 2021 in the context of improving online-based public services. In this study using a descriptive qualitative method.
