The results of the study show that partially the significant influence of the independent variables consisting of Reliability, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy on satisfaction, namely the people in Tandes sub-district, Surabaya. 摘要

本研究旨在分析电子KTP服务品质对泗水市坦德斯区办事处社区满意度的影响。本研究采用定量方法。这项研究的对象是在坦得斯民政事务处申请电子知识转让计划的群体,平均每月有162人申请。而在本研究中使用非概率抽样技术与偶然抽样的类型,使用的样本是95名受访者。研究结果显示,Reliability、Reliability、Responsiveness、Assurance和Empathy这四个自变量对满意度的影响部分显著,即泗水Tandes街道的人群。对社区满意度变量水平影响最大的变量是响应性。
