摘要

本研究旨在分析服务品质、医疗设施和等待时间对泗水临床医疗单位门诊病人满意度的部分及同时影响。本研究采用解释研究与定量研究相结合的方法进行。这项研究的地点在泗水军事卫生单位。本研究的结果解释了服务质量和卫生设施对泗水军事卫生单位综合诊所的病人满意度有积极和显著的影响。等候时间对泗水军事卫生单位综合诊所的病人满意度有显著的负面影响。服务质量、保健设施和等待时间同时对泗水军事保健单位综合诊所的病人满意度产生了重大影响。服务质量和保健设施的改善将提高病人的满意度,但等待时间越来越短,也将提高病人对泗水军事保健单位综合诊所病人满意度的满意度。
